We stayed at Kathy's condo for 9 days. It was absolutely perfect. I brought stuff from home thinking I may need it, but she had everything there. You don't have to bring anything but your clothes and beach stuff. We will definitely be staying there when we come back to Destin.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I have rented this unit or one of their previous units for more than 10 years. I have always been very satisfied with the whole experience. The owners are very nice and have a beautiful unit that is always in tip top shape. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The owner is very nice to work with.Condo was in great shape very clean and nice furniture.Overlooking pool across the street from beach.I will rent this condo again next year.
