  We had a fantastic stay in the condo. The condo was nice and clean and had all ammentities. I couldn't believe how close we were to the beach. It litterly took us less than 30 seconds to reach the white sands and clear water. The location was perfect, and the owner was very helpful during our last minute reservation and stay. We can't wait to return! Thanks Cheryl!

  We lease every Oct. from either the Grand Caribbean East or West and this unit by far has been our favorite!! Tastefully decorated and clean!! Katherine and her daughter were excellent to work with!! We will inquire about leasing this unit again!!

  My husband , daughter and I rented this condo for a week. It was great! The condo was very comfortable and relaxing; we felt like we were at home away from home! This condo has a wonderful balcony where you can watch the pool, the beach and all the activity of the area. When we rented the condo, the owners were very prompt in their response to us and we were able to communicate with them very easily if we had questions. We even received an email during our stay to let us know to contact them if there were any problems! we will definitely stay here again and give it excellent recommendations! Also, this condo is literally 5 minutes from ocean water!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the grand Caribbean East. It was very cozy. The property was very clean at all times . Its was very close to everything. The beach was right across the street.

  We stayed at this property the last week of June, and it was absolutely fantastic. It was accurately described in the listing and the pictures were very helpful. This condo is right across the street from the beach, which is very easy to access. The pool and hot tub are directly below the large L-shaped balcony. The condo itself was very clean and we felt very comfortable from the minute we walked in. The owner and her daughter are so nice, and very easy to work with. In fact, she emailed us a couple times throughout the week to make sure we arrived ok and that we were enjoying our stay. There are plenty of linens and pillows for the pull out sofa, and lots of extras in the kitchen (we used the blender like crazy!) Destin is absolutely one of our favorite vacation spots and can't wait to return. We will most definitely stay in this condo again! Favorite places...Pompano Joe's is right on the beach and the food and service is amazing (only 1-2 miles away). AJ's Seafood has great happy hour deals, and is right near the Harbor where there is lots to do!

  This was my first vacation as parents and it was really fun =) My son loved to go out to the balcony every morning or night and watch the other guest enjoy the pool. Due to the fact that it was our first vacation with a toddler, we had to baby proof the condo =)

  We just got back from staying in this condo, it was a gorgeous week filled with lots of fun and new memories to share with my kids as they are in college and High school. We have visited this condo unit several times through the years and it is kept so nicely and everything we need is right there. It is just a short walk to the beach which is across the street and the grocery store is minutes down the road along with some of our favorite places to eat, Dave's on the Gulf, Pampano Joes, and Crab Trap. The Light House is very good as well and has half price entrees to die for from 4-8pm, it is down by the Big Khuna well worth the 15 minute drive. all in all this is a wonderful place to stay and has so much room and a great balcony to sit and rest on at the end of a long day and it over looks the pool. And Cheryl and her mother are so nice to work with and very helpful with any questions you have concerning your stay at their condo.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Great unit with large corner balcony. Good view of the beach without paying beach side prices. We always stay at the Grand Caribbean for the value but have never stayed in this unit. The owner and unit are first class and easy to deal with. Highly reccommend.

  It was very easy to go through VRBO.com and book everything quickly through emails. The owner seemed very friendly and emailed us to be sure we arrived safely the day of check in. We absolutely loved the location of the property and it was very clean. The condo felt like home not a hotel. We love the beach in Destin and go back almost every year!

  This condo was adorable. It had everything we needed and then some. The beach was directly across the street and the patio overlooked the hot tub and pool where I could watch my girls. The location in Destin itself was great - Destin Commons shopping center, Publix, and eateries were all within a mile or two. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely rent this condo again!
