Clean, beautiful setting on second floor is private and quiet. - Kissimmee Condo Rental POOL IS NEWLY RESURFACED!! This condo has been newly refurbished, it has a new rug, new furniture and is newly painted too. My wife and I have done all the work and it really feels like home. The master bedroom king size bed is wonderful! You are guaranteed a comfortable, very quiet place to crash after all the walking in nearby Disney World. I have provided a new Play Station 2 with several games for the kids. They will be comfortable and entertained in the second bedroom. The pull out day-bed is almost another king size mattress! The kitchen utensils are new. The most impressive attribute of this condo is the setting. Even though it is only 5 miles from Main Entrance Disney, it sits in the rear of the development in a cul de sac, surrounded by preserved woods, where no other development exists! The silence is spectacular! Yet, you are right there by great restaurants or inexpensive ones, if you just want quick take-out. Paypal available! New a/c!!
