Great Lake Retreat! Super clean and neat. This two bedroom, two bath home is located on the fringe of Pinecrest Park. The home offers a split floorplan to enjoy each guests privacy. It is furnished with a oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer and dryer and a gas grill. Back proch has a large covered deck and fenced-in yard with lots of shade trees. Pull-through drive will accommodate any size boat. Another plus is that although the home does not allow pets, pets can stay outside in the fenced in yard!
Located just at the top of the hill, above Alligator II on Wolf Creek, the lake is a short drive or walk. At the Alligator Marina, one can rent a boat, get a sandwich or swim on the beach. You are a short drive to town for a taste in local restaurants and grocery stores.
Russell County is located on the northwest side of Lake Cumberland. Four major marinas are located here, along with the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park. Annual events include the July 4th Lake Fest, the Russell County Fair, and the Lake Cumberland Poker Run. Plus, there are numerous fishing tournaments held throughout the year. With over 1200 miles of shore line, there is always plenty to enjoy on Lake Cumberland!
