We were vacation tenants for the past 20 years at various condos on St. Augustine Beach. We purchased this unit in July, 2006. So with our "Hands On" experience as Tenants....we gave a lot of attention to decorating and furnishing this unit to ensure guests enjoy their stay! Fresh, bright and clean décor! If you are a person who DEMANDS A VERY CLEAN and well kept home...this is it!

If you like to cook....you will be more than pleased with the all new kitchen appliances, dishes and Wolfgang Puck Bistro Collection-pots/pans. Like to fish? The catch of the day is right outside your door in the ocean at St. Augustine Beach! Deep Sea Fishing...try out the Conch House Marina. Also your stay includes private membership at St. Augustine Tennis Club just steps out the front door - Enjoy Tennis on Clay Courts, Indoor Heated Pool and Exercise Room. Golf, see the list below. Newer floor tile and very clean painted walls, updated bathrooms and very clean carpet in bedrooms. The view from the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking! The private furnished balcony is my favorite place to watch the sunrise over the beautiful beach.

Access is so easy to this second floor unit, only steps from the elevator or stairs. We are 3rd year owners and our unit is super nice!

Downtown St. Augustine, 5 miles away, has some of the best PUBs with live entertainment, one of our favorites, Scarlet O'Hara's. St. Augustine, sometimes called the City of Lights hosts free Summer Concerts every Thursday, downtown.   • My family just couldn't stay away....we had to go back this year and we are already planning to return in 2010. The condo is beautiful and clean with only the best furnishings. But nothing beats the view, what a way to release the stress in ones life. If you aren't one to live on the beach, like me, they also have two pools to soak in. We enjoy going into town not only for the shopping but also the history behind the city. You can take to the air in a helicoptor or try parasailing. If you are into the scary, they have nightly ghost tours. We love dining out because you can actually dine outside with the beach as your view or inside if you prefer the air conditioning. I could go on forever about the condo or the location, we hate to wait another year to return! But I don't think any of it would have been as enjoyable if the owner, Linda, wasn't such a wonderful person. She will go out of her way to make her guests happy!! Until next year.......THANKS AGAIN!

  • We had a recent visit this July. My family and I just loved it. It was clean,comfortable and fresh. The decor was beautiful. I was able to hear the ocean in the morning while waking up. Linda was so hopitable and a pleasure to work with. We would definately stay again.

  • We stayed there for 10 days it was wonderful! Everything we could possibly need was there and Linda was a joy to work with. She called after a couple of days to make sure we had everything. My two year old son asks everyday "can we go back to the condo?". Would definately stay again!!!!

  • This condo is simply magnificent - a true gem. We were so sad to leave! Linda is a wonderful person, a pleasure to deal with and full of great insider tips!!! She has put so much care into making this condo a truly relaxing “home away from home”, from the boogie boards for the kids to the umbrella & beach chairs, right down to the ample supply of beach towels! The kitchen is fully, fully stacked and she has spared no expense in providing top quality appliances, dishes, cookware , etc. Her taste in décor is impeccable – everything was so tastefully done and clean as can be. I have never felt so relaxed before!!!! It was like staying at a spa retreat!!!! The location can’t be beat – just steps from the parking lot, elevators, pool and ocean. The ocean views from the balcony in the living room and master bedroom are simply breathtaking and the breeze is so refreshing too. Linda – thank you so much for sharing your home with us! I would never be happy staying anywhere else in St. Augustine! We are counting down the days until we can come back!!!!

  • What a wonderful vacation week!!! My friend and I take a trip each year to RELAX away from jobs, children, grandchildren and husbands!! :) We both agreed this condo tops any place we have stayed. It was perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful view. The access to the beach was great. We truly enjoyed the St. Augustine area and wonderful restaurants. We highly recommend it for families or a "girl trip" as we had. The owner, Linda, was very responsive and was great to answer questions we had about the area before we arrived. She even called to check on us while we were there!!

  • Relax,in clean refreshing condo.What a great job Linda has done.The thing i wondered about was the pools before i went.Well they are clean as a pin.Two large pools and one baby pool.THE people are frienly a real family place.The ocean is wonderful and just behind the pool.The condo is like staying at the Ritz. Linda has really made it a great vacation place.

  • April '07/ Enjoyed our stay/ Had our son and his family in for a couple of days and had plenty of room/ Living room couch makes out into bed and my son said it sleeps as good as a regular bed/Very clean and well decorated/Easy walk out the back to the pool or beach/Linda easy to work with-a big plus!/Recommend it to anyone/Am planning on going back soon!

  • I submitted a request to the owner to rent this condo for a romantic getaway to celebrate my 18th wedding anniversary with my husband. She was very accomodating and, I thought, very well priced for this space and location. The condo is pristine. Beautiful, new, fresh, comfortable and welcoming,appears to be professionally decorated. The casual beach motif really relaxes you! It made me want to go home and decorate a room at my house the same way. It is so nice, we just wanted to enjoy relaxing at the condo and sitting on the patio, walking on the beach. (we didn't want to miss out on experiencing this gorgeous place by running around too much, which was a very nice change) We didn't cook or eat there because we enjoyed restaurants we looked forward to trying, but everything is there to cook, eat, etc. and brand new, just as advertised. Obviously, my husband and I didn't need all the room that was available (sleeps 6) but I was more interested in getting a nice place ON the beach with a view, and it was nice to spread out. I would love to bring my whole family here next summer! (5 of us) Thank you, Linda! It was a memorable anniversary! Tammy Bassile
