We have available a luxurious, clean, well-maintained condo to make your home away from home a step closer to paradise. This clean, quiet unit on the 10th floor has an unobstructed, full view of the beach and entire Marco coastline. Marvel at the frolicking dolphins and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your own 21-foot balcony each evening.
Kitchen has been renovated with new major appliances and is fully equipped, including a convenient front-load washer and dryer. Master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-size bed and LCD TV+DVD player with sliders to the balcony, and guest room has two twin beds. Living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV+DVD player, CD stereo, DVD library, and access to the balcony. We offer all the necessities for the perfect beach day: towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and pool/beach toys. Great for families and couples traveling together.

We're a family of five who call Connecticut home. We enjoy the beach, biking, warm weather, and vacationing as a family.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Winds
My parents own a condo in Marco Island on the water and spend their autumn and winters in Marco Island. I grew up visiting Southwest Florida on family vacations, and wanted a place where we can bring the kids to enjoy the seaside, have fun at the beach, and be close to their grandparents.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
When traveling with kids, having the beach right outside your door is such a great advantage. No lugging of beach chairs, beach toys, towels, and food in and out of the car. The pool is clean and warm, which our kids also enjoy when we visit. And the view can't be beat. We have our Thanskgiving dinner on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views and the warm weather, knowing that our friends are tyring to bundle up to keep warm in the northeast! Looking out the sliding glass doors from the condo reminds me of being on a cruise...water as far as the eyes can see!
