Our Coronado/San Diego vacation was great and having a home that was spacious, clean and well stocked was a big reason we had such a wonderful time. We had coffee in the front yard in the morning sun and played games in the kitchen/family room at night. I would recommend this property for families with small kids. The games, books, videos came in handy for a little down time.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We've spent a lot of time on Coronado and this was our favorite rental. The house is so comfortable, you feel like you are in your own home. Great beds, really nice bathrooms and kitchens, plenty of space to relax and lots of activities for the kids. We were a little concerned when we realized the house was located between the 2 busy streets that serve the bridge, but the house was totally quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise ... and it was no problem to ride bikes to either side of the island. The owner was easy to work with and the house is remarkably well-stocked. We hope to come back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is a beautiful home in Coronado! A perfect location - close to the beach and downtown area and quick ride into downtown San Diego. We had 6 adults and 2 children - we loved the layout of the home and we were all very comfortable. The pictures show what a nice home it is!! The kitchen was well stocked, everything was so clean and we all enjoyed the fooseball table, games, outdoor spaces, bbq, bike and other fun toys!!! The owner was GREAT! She is so helpful and informative - I highly recommend this property!! We hope to come back next year!! We recently stayed at this property on Coronado Island while traveling in and around the San Diego area. We stayed with 2 adults and 4 young adults/children. It's very well maintained and was convenient to get to and from. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our day sight seeing, but it was nice to start out the day with breakfast having the convenience of a home kitchen and to return to having a relaxing dinner as well if we didn't want to dine out. There was plenty of space for six people to spread out if we wanted to and plenty of space to be together for games or tv watching in the evenings. Christine was very helpful. This home was a great fit for our family trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family and I just returned from a week in Coronado! We have 5 young children ranging in age from 10ys-1 yr. This house was the PERFECT house for us! There was EVERYTHING that a family would need and that says a lot coming from a family of 7. There was a pack n play and booster for the baby. There was a bunk room with two bunks AND a trundle so all of my big kids could sleep together. There was more than enough sleep space for our supersized family. There were bikes for all of us and a trailer for our little ones. There were beach towels, chairs, and toys. The kids played fooseball, watched movies, and played legos. We didn't lack a thing! We ate a lot of our meals at home and even the kitchen had every pot/utensil that I needed. The location was great too! Even though it's not beach front it was a quick bike ride or drive to the beach. My husband had a conference in San Diego and it was a quick trip for him to the convention center everyday. We were minutes from the airport, zoo and Sea World. I would highly recommend this home for everyone! And when we plan our next trip to Coronado we will definitely book this house again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family of 7 (5 kids aged 5-17) had a great time renting this home. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The photos accurately reflect the property. The bikes were a lot of fun (a plus was that there were helmets for the kids). It was nice to have a private garage for our car (it easily fit a Toyota Sequoia). We enjoyed the barbeque and private patio as well. We look forward to staying there again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed at this wonderful property for four years. It is a great house for families with children, since it has the bunkbeds, and bikes, sand toys, etcetera. We enjoy cooking at home, and the kitchen and grill provide everything you need to do that. We love the local farmers market to get lots of yummy produce. We enjoy using the bicycle to ride to the beach, bay, and grocery store, which are all close by. There is parking on the street, and in the garage, which is also convenient. We love great Coronado weather, and enjoy having the doors and windows open. The afternoon breeze blows easily through the house, cooling it down naturally. There are screens for the doors, also which is great too. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and quiet. There are lots of towels, and a washer and dryer. The location is super convenient. It's 5 minutes and you are over the bridge and into downtown San Diego, Point Loma, Balboa park. This is a great property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

If sitting outside in 70+ degree weather, sipping your coffee, and listening to a hummingbird symphony is your thing, then this is the perfect rental for you! This house is immaculately clean, well stocked, and felt like a home away from home. The beds are so comfortable you easily drift off into a wonderful sleep. The kitchen and BBQ are great for the person who prefers to cook and enjoy the ambiance of a Coronado neighborhood versus running out for dinner. The bikes were fabulous and the child carrier a plus. I hope to rent this place again in the future!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was our 2nd trip to Coronado - love this small beach town and this house made this stay even better this time around. Pictures accurately reflect the house - extremely clean and beautifully updated home on a quiet street. Main family room with kitchen/dining and bar seating everyone can be together in one room. Game room with TV on same ground floor if kids want some quiet time. Very spacious 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms upstairs with double sinks in both with 1/2 bath downstairs in full size laundry room. We had 2 adults and 4 teenage girls who utilized the bunk bed room. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. All of the amenities you would need for a week stay - bikes are a huge plus and we utilized them often during our stay as well as the beach amenities of coolers, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities to cook in the home, also gas barbecue located out on the patio with a table that seat 6. Homeowner was extremely easy to work with and everything was exactly as indicated in this listing. Communication was timely, forthcoming and consistent throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
