Completely remodeled beautiful vacation home! With it’s 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, game room (for the kids) and family room (for the adults), vacation life couldn't be better! We spared no expense on this dream getaway! Granite and travertine in the bathrooms, brand new super plush carpet, new paint, crown molding,etc. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen is beautiful and spacious with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for eleven. The gameroom is great for cards, Video games (bring your own game console), Foozball, or just watching TV or a movie.

The family room/kitchen area (complete with fireplace), has a 40" Sony flat panel TV with surround sound stereo, cable, and a DVD player. Both the family room and the game room have beautifully landscaped areas off of them for enjoying our famous Coronado weather. Spend an evening outside with our built in BBQ and a patio table for six. This home is fully furnished with brand new furniture (including a Natuzzi Leather sofa), linens, bedding, and even beach towels! The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable TV and a private balcony and bathroom. The second bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed, a large walk in closet, and cable TV as well. The third bedroom, designed with kids in mind, has two bunk beds and a trundle sleeping five altogether. The game room (which can be closed off for privacy) is also equipped with a brand new, comfortable, queen size platform sofa bed (which means it’s missing that uncomfortable spring in the middle)!

Want to enjoy island life? We have seven bikes and a kid carrier. For picnics at the park or beach, we have a portable Weber BBQ, an ice chest, and a bocce ball set (among other toys)!. Not only are there bikes and boogie boards in the garage, but there is plenty of room for parking as well!!!
OUR HOME IS LOCATED ONLY TWO SHORT BLOCKS FROM THE BEACHES AND PARKS AT THE SAN DIEGO BAY. At the Ferry Landing you will find fabulous restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. The golf course and skateboard park are nearby too!

This vacation home on the beautiful Island of Coronado is all you need for rest and relaxation. Just pack your bags and get ready for the fun!
