Our home has everything you could imagine to relax. All you need is your boat, your fishing poles, food and some beverages for a great time! And if you don't have a boat, there is a near by marina with boats for rent.
The house has fresh paint and is very nicely furnished. The house comes with two televisions with DVD players, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, new refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, two car garage, additional covered parking, phone, board games, and a gas grill to cook out.
A 24-hour Super Wal-Mart is 7 miles away.
Rock Creek Boat Ramp is about 5 minutes from our house. If you go on Google Maps and enter "Rock Creek Boat Ramp Road, Estill Springs, TN" it will show you the location of the boat ramp.
Tims Ford Reservoir is a 30 year old lake located in Franklin and Moore counties of Middle Tennessee. The area enjoys all four seasons to the fullest with a growing season that includes 220+ frost free days. The lake itself has approximately 265 miles of shoreline. The lake is home to numerous public facilities - Tims Ford State Park, Bear Trace Golf Course, Tims Ford Marina and Cabins, Holiday Marina and Landing(home to the Blue Gill Grill - a floating restaurant), Winchester Bass Club and Winchester Parks. There are an abundance of boat launching ramps around the lake, both public and private.
