The original and unique architectural design has been well maintained, with 3 guest bedrooms on separate levels for privacy. Enjoy the breezes in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all open under a large palapa.

Enjoy a margarita at your Cantina under the palapa or BBQ by your own pool.

As a typical Conchas Chinas feature (and you can see by the pictures), there are many curved stairways. This unique and lovely home adds great privacy but is not handicapped or toddler friendly.
