Booking a place online made me a little anxious but there was absolutely nothing to fear! The description and pictures were right on target but seeing really is believing. The condo was very clean and spacious with good kitchen amenities...dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, etc. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. It's also a gated community so we had no security concerns. The location is convenient to everything - golf course, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Seriously, we would gladly stay there again - Excellent value! Chris and Steve are very professional and the welcome packet is very helpful.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The condo is nicely accomodated and located in a quiet location. It's close to the pool and the courses. Also, the owners are very good to work with - definitely a bargain!

Our stay at the condo was very pleasant. The listing description and photos of the rental unit were accurate. The place was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool area was beautiful. We had great service from both Chris and Steve. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed from early Nov. to early Dec 2009. We enjoyed it very much. Based on the information we got our expectations were more than met. The place was very clean, spacious, well and tastefully equipped and quiet. We definately will keep this in our address book and we'll come again.

The photos online do not do this condo justice! The rooms are larger than they appear and the location is fantastic! The ONLY drawback was it is a long walk to the pool area, but we always drove it anyway. Thanks Chris- Great Week! Too many GOOD things to mention!

We had a pleasant stay, albeit we were asked to be available for a maintenance call and replace filters at our own expense. We left the unit in the same condition as we found it, yet we did not receive our damage deposit until 3 weeks after our departure. Now 7 weeks since we left, we receive a call from Chris suggesting we broke a chair on the patio and took some keys. Unfortunately this call came while we were in the hospital waiting for the results of my husband's brain tumor. Never again!
Owner response:This was a mistake on my part which I felt really bad about, especially considering that they were such good tenants, and also what they were going thru at the time. I had another tenant who had the same first name come into my condo shortly afterwards which caused the damage, and lost keys. I found out about this damage from my Uncle who does the walkthrus when he called me while I was very busy at work. Unfortunately, I rushed and called the wrong person by accident, and communicated to them in a poor fashion. Once I figured out my mistake I quickly called the tenants back and apologized for what I did. No security deposit of theirs was held. The tenants accepted my apology for my mishap, and we finished our correspondence on good terms. In regards to the maintenance call, my condo is located in South Florida, and it is very important to us that our Air Conditioned unit in excellent condition at all times. We regularly get our AC unit serviced every 6 months. We try to arrange it so that it can be serviced when the unit is empty, however when in peak season this is not always possible. When this occurs however, their is very little inconvenience to our tenants, and it is always out worked around their schedules. Tenants weren't asked to replace filters at their own expense as this is included in and performed in our service contract with the AC Service.

We spent our Christmas holidays at your condo and enjoyed every moment spent there. The area is quiet, the condo is clean and we had tremendeous service from both Steve and Chris. Great!

We spent three wonderful weeks in this condo, and it was terrific! It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Chris and Steve were always very accessible to answer our questions. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend time in Port St. Lucie!

This comment is about our stay in early November 2008. We were 4 person et we greatly enjoyed our stay: o It was very clean ! o It was quiet o It was furnished with taste o Lots of room, including 3 bathroom o Pool and spa jaguzzi area was great o Kitchen was very well equiped o Beds were very comfortable I highly recommend it. The only imporvement I would suggest is to have an external BBQ. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and was furnished beautifully. The floor plan gave everyone their own space. The pool area was gorgeous. We have stayed in many condos over the years and we were thrilled with the atmosphere that this one provided while we were visiting family in Port St. Lucie. Being former residents of Port St. Lucie, we were amazed at the growth at St. Lucie West. It was so convenient - everything was at our fingertips, shopping, eating, golfing. Chris and Steve were great to work with and they made it so easy. We hope to make it back in the future!

What a wonderful experience. Plenty of room and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The entire village is beautiful and secure. Would definately recommend to anyone who has kids.

This place is a paradise , you got everything for you . It's as you were aT home seriously . My 2 weeks i past there was unbelievable for my parents and me of course , i never had a vacancy like that before . The price is perfect for everybody wants to go there . You're going not disappoint by his condo . FOR REAL !!!!

We were very pleased with this condo. We had 2 couples and this was very comfortable. I worked with Chris Viola and he was helpful and I could always reach him by email or cell phone. I would stay here again and would also recommend this condo to couples or a family. We have friends that live at PGA Village and they were also impressed with it.

Very comfortable! This was my 5th visit to PGA village and first with my family ... I have shared my experience with them in the past. The accomodations exceeded my family's expectations. Communication was excellent with the owners and the condo was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!

First time I ever rented from a website. I must admit was a bit hesitant at first, but the owners took the time and showed total professionalism in the way they conducted themselves and with the process with clear directions and info, from start to finish it was a terrific experience. The owners are very concerned that you have a pleasant stay and answer all email and phone calls very promptly and even called to assure our stay was a comfortable one. The Condo was very well furnished, tastefully decorated and stocked with all necessary equipment to make a gourmet meal for the holidays. My family and I felt very much at home and I was even allowed to bring my very well behaved Yorkie with us wish made our Holidays feel that much more special since I felt the whole family was complete. Far superior to a local "all suites" hotel and for a greater value. I can't recommend them enough and stress to anyone interested in renting a condo for the first or hundredth time to call this one first, you will be very pleasantly surprised. Thank you Chris & Steve for everything and I have no doubt your business will continue to strive, I will be in touch anytime I need to be in the St. Lucie Area again.

Being a former Port St. Lucie resident found this condo to be a pleasant and an exceptional value for the money. We found it to be close to everything and it comes with all the comforts of home plus some. I know that as we make return visits to the area that we will put this rental at the top of our preferred places to stay list. We want to say that this is the best vacation we have ever had. The Condo was "Awesome". The condo was furnished with everything that one would need to make it a wonderful "home away from home". Everything was perfect from the front door all the way to the back yard. I don't know of anything else that it could have been furnished with that would be needed. We have never stayed in a place that was so uplifting to us. Thanks owners, for taking in consideration of our pet and allowed her to enjoy the vacation also. The owners was very up on all of my phone calls/emails and returned each one before our trip and called us to make sure we got into the condo without any problem. Thanks again for everything. This is one place that will be put on the top of our list as the best place in Port St Lucie, Fl. to stay. God Bless you

This condo offers a great value. It is very luxurious and the owners are quite accomodating. I've stayed in other condos on the same property that are not nearly as nice and were more expensive. Check this one out first!

Beautifully maintained unit, spacious, with awesome pool in the development. Nice lanai. Convenient to golf and NY Mets spring training, local restaurants, watering holes. The owners are very concerned that you have a pleasant stay and answer all email, phone calls, etc. very promptly. Far superior to a local "all suites" hotel at the same, or cheaper, price. We've rented several homes thru VRBO, this one is definitely a keeper.
