Sea Breeze living area opens up to 2 large tropical private decks. Great for relaxing, dining, grill your catch of the day and have a margarita, read in peace and enjoy the view. The upper deck is great for sunbathing, view sailboats & cruise ships docking at the waterfront or view the Gulf sunsets. The back deck and balcony are one of the largest and private in the Truman Annex. Inside you can enjoy 3 flat screen televisions, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, inside or outside dining. Our Luxury Caribbean Cottage is Spacious & Quiet!!

About the owner: When not in Key West my husband and I live and own a Powersports business in Kansas. We have 2 sons and 5 lovely grandchildren. We have owned in Truman Annex Shipyard since 2001. After visiting a few times we fell in love and knew we had to own. It is a pleasure to share our condo with others so they can also fall in love with this beautiful historic island. After all these years of visiting we still look forward to enjoy everything Key West has to offer.
