Welcome to "Villa Cymru", our brand new exquisite, privately owned, spacious, four bedroom, three bathroom home, sleeping up to eight guests.
Located on the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, which is a tropical hideaway of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers, surrounded by a wildlife conservation area, our home provides a peaceful and idyllic setting for the perfect vacation, and yet is less than 15 minutes away from the gates of Walt Disney World.
Many other world famous attractions (Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre, spectacular beaches) and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by. Three championship golf courses are within a five minute drive.

The Villa: Relax in luxurious style in your home away from home where the magic of Disney is just a wish away...
The large family room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck and a large ceiling fan for additional cool air. The separate dining area with extending dining suite provides ample seating for all guests. There is cable TV, and a DVD player with an assortment of films for you to enjoy. We have also added a CD/Radio which will enable you to play your CDs from home.
The breakfast nook is stylishly furnished and provides an ideal area for breakfast or a relaxing coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with Cooker, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice maker, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
The house phone has free local calls and WiFi Internet access. Long distance calls can be made using a credit card or a phone card which can be purchased locally.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, two nightstands, full-size dresser with mirror and walk-in closet. Patio doors lead onto the poolside lanai. There is cable TV and a ceiling fan has been fitted for your additional comfort. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower area, a sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. For your convenience there is a door leading out to the pool area. A full-size hairdryer is provided.
Second Bedroom:
The Second bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen size bed, two nightstands, full size dresser with mirror, large built in closet and cable TV and a ceiling fan has been fitted for your additional comfort. An en-suite bathroom provides a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. A full-size hairdryer is provided.
Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, chest of drawers and a built in closet, and cable TV. It is situated adjacent to the Master Bedroom.
Fourth Bedroom:
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, chest of drawers, built in closet, cable TV, and a Playstation two with a selection of games for your enjoyment.
Both twin bedrooms share a family bathroom which has a bath, shower, and sink with vanity unit, illuminated mirror, a toilet and a large storage cupboard. A full-size hairdryer is provided.
Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas and each closet has plenty of hanging space with both adult and child hangers provided. Radio alarm clocks have been included in the King and Queen bedrooms.
The Pool and Spa:
To enhance your dream vacation, step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, swimming pool and spa, set in a large extended sun deck with a westerly facing aspect to maximise the sunlight throughout the day. As the pool faces a protected conservation area, your privacy is protected as well as a fantastic view. Some villas have walling or back onto other villas…….this is not the case at Villa Cymru – sit or laze around and admire the view during a fantastic Floridian Sunset whilst you sip your favourite drink.
Games Room
The villa boasts a fully equipped games room complete with a seven foot pool table, air hockey, table tennis and table foosball. A large ceiling fan for additional cool air.
BABY PACKAGE
Baby equipment is available at the villa and you are welcome to use this free of charge. It includes travel cot, high chair and stroller.
Safety and Security
Our Villa is fitted with a comprehensive security system which, in the case of an emergency, has a facility for you to automatically summon the assistance of the Police Department, Fire Service or an Ambulance.
Our Villa has smoke detectors and emergency lighting throughout.
There is a safety fence fitted around the pool to prevent small children from running or falling into the water. If you decide that this is unnecessary for your party, it can be easily removed and stored in the garage.
A gated security entrance to Aviana Resort is operational 24 hours a day.
Our local managing agent is available for any queries you may have and offer a 24 hour line in case of emergencies.

Just a quick note to let you know that our holiday in Florida was amazing!!, it was certainly made all the better by staying at your villa, the location and setting were perfect, and all the amenities you had made it a real home for home, all we have to do now is build a games room!!!, my 2 sons were playing pool before they’d even woken up properly. We have just returned from our 11 night stay in your villa. We had a most enjoyable time. You have a lovely place and it was very convenient for the local attractions.
