It features white tile throughout and has an open floor plan that opens into the Florida room and heated pool with screened enclosure. Numerous citrus trees in the yard. One bridge to Charlotte Harbor. Very close to shopping and entertainment. Only five miles from the freeway exit.

  • I'm a total neat freak and the house exceeded all my expectations. It was SPOTLESS! The website pictures do not do this house justice. (Marty, you really should post some pics of the new livingroom and bedroom furniture). The Florida room was definitely a favorite with the wonderful, unobstructed view of the pool and canal. Finally, I have to add, the master bed was the most comfortable of any bed I've ever slept in. We've stayed in 5-star hotels that cannot compete with the comfort of your home.   • I took my family on vacation and stayed at this house. It was my families best vacation in a long time. The home is very clean, modern, and well maintain. The pool and patio were very enjoyable. The Florida room is beautiful. The biggest problem I had was who got to sleep in the Florida room. The owners are very flexible and great to work with. I will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!

  • We stayed for one week and it was a modern, well kept, quiet location. The house was amazing and the owners were easy to work with and very accommodating to our requests. I would highly recommend looking into this location. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very REASONABLE compared to other places we looked at.
