We had a great time at this cabin, the views are really nice off of all 3 levels of the deck and if you like to be left alone this is the place for you. This cabin was set up like a home it even had a laundry room with detergent & fabric softener provided. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking and a dishwasher. This cabin really had it all a sauna, grill, jacuzzi tub, hot tub, pool table. We really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub the most. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and soap provided for our stay, I was really impressed. Everything in the cabin was clean and the decor was really nice. This was not an average rental cabin for the cost. I have stayed in other cabins in the past and none of them can even compare to this one. It was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, We visited the Titanic in Pigeon Forge, and ate at Peddlers Steakhouse in Gatlinburg were they bring a slab of steak to the table and you can choose your cut of meat, we really liked that part kind of pricy but well worth it. This cabin also had more parking than most of the rental cabins we have been to there was plenty of room to park our two large trucks and our boat. This was a plus as I was having trouble finding a cabin to rent that had enough room to park our boat on. We went boating for a day on Lake Douglas. We had a great time at this cabin truly 5 stars all the way.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was my first stay in the smoky mountains I am going through a divorce and needed time away with my son. The cabin had great views and was very clean and we had a blast with the pool table, sauna and hot tub. There was a new grill on the deck. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, I have read some of the other reviews posted on here and I've been wondering where did these people stay or did this owner update the cabin? This cabin was really nice and I will stay at this one again. We had no problems with our stay at this cabin. The water was clean in the hot tub and it looked like all the jets and hot tub cover had been replaced with new. We really liked this cabin. I enjoyed the indoor Jacuzzi tub the most. I took my son to Gatlinburg for the first time and we went to all of the Ripley's attractions if you go to Gatlinburg a few miles away you must visit the Aquarium it was expensive but well worth it. I had no idea that there were huge sharks in Gatlinburg. This owner has obviously updated the cabin. I have been on luxury cruises to the Bahamas that were not as clean as this cabin. We did see a large bear looking down from the top level of the deck with 2 small cubs. I think they smelled our chicken on the grill. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this cabin to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved our stay at this cabin. It is very private, (no loud drunk people close by.) We rent a cabin near Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg once a year for a weekend and this one was by far the best we have been to. It was large and the best thing was it was a real cabin, not a dinky chalet home with Big Lots furniture. It is well furnished. My kids loved the pool table and sauna in the game room downstairs. (Most cabins we have been to did not have a pool table much less a sauna.) We enjoyed the hot tub on the lower deck, I can't get the view from the deck out of my mind that was a good sight. The place even has a fireplace. It was closer to Pigeon Forge than Gatlinburg, but we drove the extra 5 miles to Gatlinburg, (when you have screaming kids like me, sometimes you learn to listen so they will be quiet...lol) You can't beat the price of this cabin a hotel room would have been almost as much. There were plenty of dishes and cooking pans, and when we went to grill out on the deck, the grill had never even been used it was brand new ( I guess we got lucky as you could tell it had just been replaced). There were plenty of towels and extra bedding that we found in the closet that helped out alot with my kids. This cabin was close to a horse riding stable I forget the name but its right down the main road on the way to Pigeon Forge we road horses for the first time. If you use the hot tub make sure you take a towel with you, the hot tub is on the bottom deck down some stairs when we were there it was chilly at night. We will return to this cabin next year it had everything and for the price it was great! Thanks for such a great time Suzanne!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I wish the pervious review had been published prior to my stay at this cabin, as when I contacted the owner about some of the same issues, she indicated that she was unaware of them and that they could have resulted from a quick turn-around time between us and the other guests. We, too, encountered dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, mildewed towels in the dryer, dead bugs EVERYWHERE (I had to clean out the window/windowsills so the bugs wouldn't blow in open windows if the breeze blew). The Jacuzzi not only wasn't working, it was filthy (when I tried to fill it up, oil and hair floated to the top). The large container filled with Christmas decorations and water was on the deck under the window of the lower floor bedroom - a great breeding ground for mosquitoes. The water in the hot tub was so dirty that you couldn't see your hand under the water, the fireplace didn't work (it got down in the 40's one of the nights we were there) and the sauna was broken. Basically, none of the amenities for which we chose the cabin were in working condition. I, too, reported these issues to the "manager" who told me he would have someone out to look at things, but no one ever showed. In hoping the situation could somehow be rectified, I contacted the owner and shared my experience. I received an Email with NO apology and no offer for a partial refund or discount on a future stay. I instead received the following comment:" ...it's hard to find good workers in Pigeon Forge." Really????Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/4

Me and my family was taking a weekend getaway to relax and spend sometime together. I went to get in the jacuzzi the first night and to my surprise the jets wouldn't come on. The following morning I thought I would make coffee and sit out on the porch and relax. The coffee pot didn't work correctly it over flowed coffee grounds and water. I thought the coffee grounds was to thick the first time so I repeated the process again and it over flowed again! So no coffee!! Later that night I was going to get in the hot tub and when I opened it the water was dirty a piece of the hot tub was floating on top of the dirty water. So went to get in the sauna the radio on the sauna didn't work. Then later I went to wash clothes and their was wet towels that had been washed and not put in the dryer from the previous stay. Outside on the deck there was a box of Christmas decorations over filled with rain water. The cabins is older but would be nice if the it was kept up! It was dusty and dead lady bugs all over!! I feel like I paid for the upgrades and didn't get them!! I didn't contact the owners about the jacuzzi but no one came out!! Just texts from a worker telling me to reset a button on a outlet by the sink! I usually do not complain but I just learned next time go to a company don't rent from owners!! The owners are proably paying someone to up keep the cabin and sadly for them this is not happening!! I'm sure there will be more bad reviews from others!!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Every morning it was so wonderful to sit out on the top deck and watch the "smoke" clear away and then in the evening watch the stars come out. This place is very private and is on a mountain. If you are looking for privacy and beauty and relaxation I highly recommend this. We had 2 college students with us and even they appreciated the beauty and privacy afforded by this location. It is not that far from civilization--it just seems that way due to the twisting road to our mountain top hideaway. We had a thunder storm and it was a little scary with all the lightning, but it was also added to the ambience and experience of being up with the clouds. We spent our days at Dollywood or Gatlinburg or shopping the local antique shops. You can shop at Food City or at a "natural" food market on the way to the cabin. We spent the evenings playing pool in the gameroom and cards outside on the deck while we grilled. One of my favorite things was the far infrared sauna that was downstairs. When they talk about wildlife they aren't kidding. We experienced first-hand a mother raccoon and baby. Apparently, they smelled the roasted corn and steaks we were grilling. They continued to be daily visitors morning and night for several days. I really wanted to feed them, but we felt like it would be more beneficial to them if they were wary of humans. They were adorable. If you are looking for a wild time this may not be the place for you, unless you make your own "wild" time. Be sure to check with the owner to see if they have a new blender. The one there was broken.. Also, there was a small issue with the microwave door, but we managed to get it open. All in all a great place to visit. It is cozy and there are enough levels to escape for some privacy. Hope to return soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The cabin was just as I expected it to be, it was clean and had great views. My fiance loved it....... We enjoyed everything this cabin had with no problems, we tried out the sauna which was a first for us, and then got in the hot tub each night. It looked like the hot tub had just been stained on the outside and the general upkeep of the cabin was good, we used the grill on the deck, after getting some chicken from Food City, I also recommend to get a food city card even if your just visiting its just like having a Kroger card you will save money there, the kitchen was also very clean here. The driveway is large and easy to pull in and out of. And what is really cool is the road that goes up to the cabin is over grown with weeds on each side and then you drive thru an open huge old spooky-looking iron gate which was good for letting out a few spooky jokes and scaring my fiance on the way up, but once there she was amazed! It was not an old cemetery house as I told her...hahah We had a great time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for your fun review! The gate on the road in is as old as the hills haha for this mountain. I'm glad you included tips for guests for picking up food. Its always nice when our guests enjoy our cabin and share what they liked best about the area. After a full day out they always say how nice to come back to our cabin, Thank you again Ron and Suzanne

What a nice place. It was very clean and decorated nice. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were spotless also, the kitchen had a large microwave. There were 3 levels of a large deck that overlooked the mountains, with a charcoal grill on the top level with great views of the mountains, downstairs was a game room with a pool table, sauna, and jacuzzi tub. EVERYTHING was very clean, no bugs at all. I was very concerned with a few of the reviews I had read on here before arriving, and I must really say that our stay at Simply Incredible was wonderful, the overall condition of the cabin was also very good. The bedrooms had very decorative beds (much nicer than what I have at home) We wanted a good place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and this ended up being near perfect. After a long day visiting shops in Gatlinburg it was great to come back to this cabin and relax. This was just a great place AAA+ I only wish I would have booked this one for after the leaves on the trees changed color that would have been a great sight to see from the views this place had. I will be back and thanks a bunch!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you Cathy for all the wonderful comments you made about Simply Incredible. We love to hear that what we offer is equal or better than expected. Thank you for being a part of why we share our piece of heaven in the Beautiful Smokies. Thank you again for choosing Simply Incredible Suzanne

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We loved it! Perfect for a couple or 2 couples since it has 2 very private bedrooms. The drive way is very interesting! the views are simply amazing and it is secluded by trees. it was a nice couch and tv and eat in kitchen. the game room downstairs has a great pool table. the 3 decks are awesome. i was concerned by the other reviews and contacted suzanne directly. she calmed my fears and made me feel very comfortable. we had to leave a day early and she was gracious enough to give us a refund. the cabin was also VERY clean, no signs of rodents whatsoever. stay here and you'll have a great time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for your sweet comments Melissa. I hope you come back soon when the weather is in your favor however the decks make for a special place even on a rainy day. I'm glad you and your husband enjoyed your time in our cabin and enjoyed the privacy it has to offer. Yes we will have new hot tub pictures soon! Look forward to your future visits.

This cabin was great! It reminded me of my own personal lodge. It was clean and inviting. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub, while I enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi tub the most. It has great views and for the money was perfect for me and my kids....... I have rented many cabins over the years in the area and this was simply the best! It is private and has no neighbors, or other rental cabins around it, and the deck is very large with great views. We had a great time. Thank You!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
