Master Bedroom has King-size Bed with private bath. Second Bedroom has Queen-size Bed with sitting area and sofa-bed. Third Bedroom has full-size and single bunk bed. All bedrooms have full or walk-in closets.
Spacious Living Room and beautiful Lanai offer peaceful and relaxing spaces to recover from the hectic pace of today's living. This spacious home is located on an over-sized corner lot, closely located to pools, golf courses, recreation facilities and town squares.
Activities in the Villages include free golf, swimming, tennis, billiards, archery, boating, fishing and more. Free nightly entertainment at the two town squares with dancing to live music. Restaurants, outdoor dining, shopping, and strolling down the beautiful and peaceful board walks on the water. Golf cart travel throughout the Villages is available with our own 2 person golf cart included. A truly relaxing and peaceful vacation can be yours with easy access to Orlando, Gainesville, Jacksonville, and other areas of Central Florida.

This home, owned by the Stow boys, is a limited use rental. Newly acquired, we have taken great strides to make this home a "home away from home". Improvements continue as we refine the accomodations and continually increase the comfort and value of our home. Jun/Jul/Aug/Sep .. $1495/month. $500 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after inspection of home and return of all keys and passes. About the owner: Three Brothers purchased the home as a vacation home for personal use and decided to allow others to utilize the home. The personal up keep and decorating is done by the boys and an annual basis. David, Donald & Dean all continue to actively use the home.

The Villages is the premier vacation spot in the Flordia Central Area. More activities and opportunities than any other place. In addition, this home is one of the few three bedroom, two full bath homes available in the Silver Lake section of the Villages.
