It has three decks/porches (including a screened-in porch with dining for eight overlooking the ocean). Too much sun - sit in our shaded patio just steps to the beach and watch the sun lovers frolic in the gentle waves of the ocean.
Large gourmet kitchen fully equipped. Hardwood floors throughout the main level. Dine in the great room - table seats eight comfortably.
There is a first floor bedroom with a queen size bed; the large master bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and two bunk beds. There is one full bath on the first floor and two full baths on the second. All are professionally decorated with beachy cottage motif. There are five TV's - one in each bedroom. All have Ocean Views.
View the two story high great room below from the upstairs balconies and hall lined with bookshelves. The loft offers a queen-size sleep sofa with a deck over looking the ocean that offers one of the most spectacular ocean views imaginable.
A fireplace in the great room is ideal for off-season pleasure. TV's in each bedroom, loft and living room plus VCR's/ DVD's and stereo systems are there to enjoy.
Professionally landscaped lot with palm trees and local flora. Outside shower by the private beach access with parking under the house. Beach chairs, toys and sand equipment are provided.
On-site tennis courts and golf on Fripp Island just five miles away.
