Newly constructed and beautifully decorated with an open, airy, beachy, Nantucket décor throughout. Our just built "HARBOR HAVEN" is strategically located between two ocean front houses at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. The house is positioned so as to enjoy the breathtaking view from the large end deck and two porches. The reversed living plan allows spectacular views from the upstairs living room, kitchen and master bedroom with bath. Downstairs has another master bedroom and bath with a huge Jacuzzi-whirlpool tub and shower.
Both master bedrooms have king-size beds. The third bedroom is a children’s room with a double/single bunk bed and trundle that can sleep four. Downstairs also has a large laundry room. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a fireplace. The living room and all of the bedrooms are equipped with new TV’s with built in DVD and VCR players. We also offer unlimited long distance and Internet access.
All house-trained pets are welcome. For you animal lovers, the best part is the white picket fence around the back yard. From the back door take six to eight steps and you are on the boardwalk to the beach which is about 40 yards away. Enjoy an outdoor shower at the back door as you come back from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, sand toys, playpen, high chair, games, puzzles and movies to watch are provided for your convenience.
You will have access to two shared pools and the Beach and Racquet club across the street. There you can enjoy the large Olympic size pool and baby pool. Other amenities include tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting, playground, fitness room, gift shop, ice cream and sandwich shop.
Our island is gated for your privacy and security. All linens and towels are provided. Central Air Conditioning and ceiling fans are in every room.
Spend your relaxing days enjoying two and a half miles of private, uncrowded, pristine beaches and all of the Islands natural beauty. Spend your nights relaxing on your deck overlooking the ocean and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. We hope that you enjoy "HARBOR HAVEN" as much as we do.

FABULOUS! We have rented pet friendly oceanfront homes for 5 years in a row, and yours is by far the nicest! Your home is so well equipped-plenty of everything and you have thought of everything.
