This house will confortably sleep 8 plus an infant.
Our price ranges are $1095.00 per week during Spring and $1250.00/ week during summer months because of higher energy costs. Rates includes cleaning, energy and taxes. No hidden charges!
Amenities in home include security system, safe in master bedroom, washer and dryer, free wireless internet via satellite (not as fast as DSL, but a bit faster than dial-up) extralarge solar heated private circular swimming pool, a 16'x76' fenced covered patio,hot tub, fire pit, and over 100 trees with free fruit, when in season.
Extras include Recreational Vehicle (RV) hook-up and RV dump and lots of parking space for jet skiis or small boats. RV Hook Up and Dump will require a $25.00 daily fee. But the parking is FREE!

We rent our guest house, we just live next door and decided the house and furniture is much too nice to leave vacant most of the year.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the security and quiet area, just outside, bordering Surprise which is like a small city with lots of shopping, dinning and cafes. Plus the Sports complexes of Surprise, is nice to come home and enjoy the quiet evenings, if desired, at the private swimming pool or hot tub.

We stayed here over Christmas while in town to visit my parents. The location is great...Wickenburg is about 25 minutes away, Trader Joes about 10, and Sprouts about 15. Very convenient. Zandra is wonderful and makes the home very welcoming. It was too cold to use the pool, but the Jacuzzi was fabulous! The property is very clean and has all the amenities to be a home away from home. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

We recently spent a perfect week here. The house was very well furnished, very clean and had everything you'd need for your stay. Lots of space in the garden and also a good covered in area on the patio. The pool area is the perfect place to relax with plenty of seats, loungers and parasols. The owners were very friendly, helpful and did all they could do make our week just perfect.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
