We are running a Special this year, $995.00 per week, includes cleaning, energy and taxes. No hidden charges.
Amenities in home include security system, safe in master bedroom, washer and dryer, extralarge solar heated private circular swimming pool, a 16'x76' fenced covered patio,hot tub, fire pit, and over 100 trees with free fruit, when in season.
Extras include Recreational Vehicle (RV) hook-up and RV dump and lots of parking space for jet skis or small boats. RV Hook Up and Dump will require a $25.00 weekly fee. But the parking is FREE!

We enjoy the security and quiet area, just outside, bordering Surprise which is like a small city with lots of shopping, dinning and cafes. Plus the Sports complexes of Surprise, is nice to come home and enjoy the quiet evenings, if desired, at the private swimming pool or hot tub.
