Our family of 2 adults + teen daughter + 2 dogs had to be out of our Kendall-area home for 3 days/2 nights when it was being tented for termites. This sparkling clean, comfortable, lovely condo met our needs perfectly, and Yvonne was extremely gracious and accommodating to some our special needs for moving food from our refrigerator to theirs. We were a family of 4 on vacation to Miami and the Keys for 4 days. The owner was very easy and friendly to work with. Clear, precise and prompt responses and payment terms. Yvonne was gracious enough to accomodate and allow us to check-in at 10 PM in the night. The condo was very clean and very well maintained. It also had a nice backyard/patio where we enjoyed having our break-fast. The community was very quiet, peaceful and safe. There was a security guard monitoring and moving around the community overnight. So safety was not a concern at all. It is slightly away from Miami downtown and the beaches. About 30-35 minutes drive. But I was fine with the distance because I was anyways going to rent a car and for me the price for renting the condo, the cleanliness, the safety factor and peace of mind are more important than the distance to the actual downtown/beach. Thanks a lot Yvonne for treating us so well. We will definitely consider your property the next time we are there for a vacation.
