This spacious single level condominium located on the tenth fairway of beautiful Woodhaven Country Club close enough to the tenth green to watch the action, but not be a part of it. There is a covered patio with a ceiling fan and plenty of shade mid-day and in the afternoon. The community pool and spa is across the private street from the residence.
This is a two bedroom and two bath condominium with an extra large master bedroom containing a king-size bed and sitting area. The master bath area has double sinks and a double size shower along with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large bathroom across the hall. This bathroom has a tub with a shower and double sinks. Both bedrooms have televisions.
The unit has a well equipped kitchen which is open to the living and dining area. The living and dining room area is spacious with vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to see out and let the light in. There is a gas fireplace, television, CD player, couch sleeper sofa and love seat. There is also an attached double car garage.
Woodhaven Country Club is a gated community with four swimming pools with spas, tennis course, a gym, and a wonderful seasonal restaurant in the clubhouse overlooking the golf course. It features a regulation par 70 golf course with excellent practice facilities open to the public. Woodhaven is located just one mile south of the Interstate 10 freeway on Washington St and approximately three miles north of the Tennis Stadium and highway 111. Woodhaven is conveniently located close to golf, shopping, sightseeing, two casinos and numerous restaurants.

We went to Palm Desert from San Diego to get some sun. The place was great. Everything we needed there. Love the golf course view and sitting out on the Patio. I alson like that the pool was right across the street. We will be back!
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
