Beautiful waterfront cottage on dead end street, wooded lot with private pier and large deck overlooking Swan Lake.
An electric tram takes you down to the pier and boat house deck. Swan Lake is known for its clear water and fantastic fishing. One fisherman's quote: Fishing on Swan Lake is like floating on an aquarium. Boat rental at nearby Pardeeville Watersports.
Owner will install wireless internet in Spring 2013.
Ideal location: just 30 minutes to the popular Wisconsin Dells' water- and theme parks, just 15 minutes to ski resorts. Scenic Devil's Lake State Park is also nearby as well as Lake Wisconsin.
