  Had a fantastic time. Pool area is awesome! House was very neat and tidy. The pictures don't do it justice. The outside barbecue/kitchen is fabulous spent all our time outside. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. Our kids were in the pool from morning until late at night. Marks a great host just a phone call away. Would love to return one day.

• Perfect for Kids

  My family with 2 kids (ages 10 and 5) stayed for a week in February. All I can is my kids wanted to never leave the pool, the slide, the watefall and jacuzzi. I also loved the whole BBQ setup with refrigerator and sink right outside. The house was super convenient in between 95, 595, 441 and the Turnpike. Mark was super responsive when we had questions about heating the pool. Well worth the money and we will definitely be back next year!

  We rented this great vacation home as a group of five. The house is clean and inviting. Mark is a pleasure to work with and made our stay easy as could be. We could not have asked for more , there is plenty of space for everyone . The kitchen has everything a cook would need from glasses to pots and pans to serving wear. No need to bring bath nor beach towels , everything is supplied , even sun block and aloe. We cant rave enough about the outdoor space where we spent 99% of our time. The pool and spa is lovely. The outdoor fridge and grill were great . The slide was also great fun. Absolutely would recommend this home to anyone looking for a resort vacation without all the people. We will be back again . • The Best Place to Stay

  Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mark who had a basket of fruit, coffee and Danish. He showed us arounf the home and how to work everything. The entire home was very spotless, and smelled amazing. We spent alot of our vacation in the backyard, the children lived in the pool and on the slide. The adult hung around the bbq pit, sipping cocktails and enjoying the outdoor speakers. If you choose this place, the only thing you need to do is make a grocgery stop and to bring your clothes. There are endless towels, endless shampoos, lotions, soaps, razors, shaving cream, suntan lotion. My family and I totally enjoyed this place, I am kicking myself because I have to work this year and can not return. There is no other place I would rather stay though. The neighborhood is very peaceful and clean as well. There is pleanty of room to park your cars as we had 3 rentals that week. There a coffee maker, dishwasher alot of dishes you can use. I spent most of my mornings sipping coffee by the pool enjoying the Florida breeze. I can go on and on about this place, there are 3 tv at this home that I can say the children did not even bother turning on. Mark you have an amazing home!!!!

  My family and friends as well as myself had an amazing time at this house. Great from the inside and the pool area is just stunning. We spent most of time in the pool area enjoying the beautiful weather. The neighborhood is a very quiet one and the neighbors are really nice. The area is not far from Fort Lauderdale beach and its about 30 mins away from Miami and the South Beach area. We were all very pleased with our stay which made our vacation that much fun. Cant wait to return again next year! Loved the pool area! specially at night time with the lights and waterfall on! Thanks for the hospitality! Mark was always a call away with any concerns or questions we had. We are all very pleased and happy we picked this house for our getaway! definitely five stars! Many thanks & we will see you soon!   Review Submitted: March 28, 2012 Date of Stay: March 2012 Our stay was great. The outdoor space was amazing. We really didn't go inside other than to sleep. The people managing the rentals were wonderful and came to the house to give us an orientation on how everything worked as well as provided us with some snacks so we didn't have to run to the store after we arrived.my kids woke up and jumped in the pool and would have stayed in all day if they could. Everything was provided just in case you forgot something including bug spray and sunblock. If I had to say one bad thing it would be the distance from the beach. It took about 25 min to get to the beach but with a back yard like this who needs a beach. Would definitely stay there again.

  Review Submitted: December 21, 2011 Date of Stay: December 2011 My siblings and our significant others stayed in this beautiful vacation home and we loved everything about it, especially, the waterpark where we spent many hours every day of our vacation and BBQ/bar that was pool side. The location was also very convenient for our vacation as we went to fort lauderdale beach, the Miami dolphins game and sawgrass mills outlet--all just within 20 minutes driving distance. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone considering a florida trip. It's managed professionally and it's in a prime location close to all amenities as well. We very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and pool as well as the very clean and well maintained house. The house is very close to shopping and about 15 to 20 minutes away from the beach! Tom and Janet as well as the owner Mark was very easy to work with and extremely nice! We certainly appreciated your attention to detail. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.   Review Submitted: August 1, 2011 Date of Stay: July 2011 The house was EXCELLENT! Super clean, everything was provided, and when I write everything, IS EVERYTHING. There were towels, beach towels, bed linens, the kitchen was fully equipped, A/C, Internet access, ect. ect. just as stated in the amenities section. The pool area was great, we love it. Everything was close to the house, Publix, restaurants, mall, stores just a few minutes drive. Jan and Mark were EXCELLENT!Thank you for your attention! Definitively will come back, Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

  Review Submitted: July 29, 2011 Date of Stay: July 2011 2 words describe our stay at this house..Amazing and Smooth! From my initial email to Jan, to my conversation with Tom as we checked out, they were both very helpful and understanding. When we arrived, Tom and the owner Marc were both there to walk us thru the house and answer all questions. The pool area is your own waterpark, the slide, jacuzzi, and lights make you feel as if you have your own resort. Every family member or friend that came over, had to pick up their jaw when first seeing the house/pool area. The tiki bar/ grill /fridge, and sink were perfectly located and convenient outside to eliminate constant travel. The bedrooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the day room was great for kids to relax in after the pool. For the price, you get so much more than if you were just staying in a hotel room and got 2 beds and a bathroom. The airport was a 5 min drive, the beach was 7 min drive, and The Hard Rock Hotel/Casino was a 10 min drive..insane. So to wrap this up, yes I will be staying here again, and can't see myself staying anywhere else when in the Ft Lauderdale area..I want to thank Jan, Tom, and Marc again for making our family vacation memorable and amazing...u gotta see it..just not when I wanna book, lol..enjoy! Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  Review Submitted: May 27, 2011 Date of Stay: May 2011 The home is immaculate and fabulous. The neighbors are friendly but not nosy. The hosts are exceptionally inviting. What more could you ask for? The home is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home, even beach towels. Jan & Tom think of everything you will need for your stay, even providing a welcome basket filled with food upon arrival! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation, then this is definitely the property you want to rent. But the at the same, the property is centrally located so entertainment, shopping, Miami, the beach and airport are only a short drive away. This property is a haven for the winter-weary and will undoubtedly be our go-to property when visiting the Fort Lauderdale area again, that is, if it is not already booked! If it's available for the dates you want, then get in touch with Jan fast, as it won't be for long!! Oh and just some helpful advice: if you plan on dining at one of the Indian/Pakistani restaurants nearby, then be sure to give them a call ahead of time, as many of them close around 3/3:30 PM and reopen around 5:30/6 PM. And If you're looking for a great place to stay without any hassles, give Jan & Tom a call and they will be able to find something that suits your needs perfectly! Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
