This stunning home is situated on a very large, beautifully landscaped, waterfront property on the western shore of Lake Osoyoos. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area.
This is a beautiful, newly renovated, four bedroom (plus den to make five bedrooms) home with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains from all the main living areas of the house. The house is bright and cheery with maximal natural light.
On the ground floor there is a very large and spacious kitchen with adjoining dining room. The kitchen has all new appliances. French doors open up from the dining room onto a large patio with barbecue and patio furniture overlooking the lake. A large living room with fireplace enjoys 180 degree view of the lake. A stereo room rounds out this main floor open concept living area.
A large master bedroom with king-size bed on the main floor has sliding doors opening onto a patio with lake view also. The remainder of the main floor consists of a three piece bathroom (also with outside access to patio/lake), a very large laundry/utility room, and a den/TV room with sofabed for extra sleeping space.
The upstairs has three bedrooms with great views and very flexible sleeping arrangements. The bedrooms can be set up with twin beds or king-size beds or any combination of these. There is also a large three piece newly renovated bathroom.
From the patios the large lawn rolls down to 84 feet of waterfront. A private dock is an ideal spot to relax on the lake. A buoy is also available for anchoring your boat.

We have stayed at several houses on the lake in Osoyoos and this is by far the best. Beautiful, clean modern house with all the amenities. We can't wait to go back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
