Big terrace with panoramic sea view, relaxation and quietness are characteristic for this apartment. It has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2008, tasteful decoration and very bright. There is everything you need of electrical installations. The apartment is located in the noble area "Mont Boron" of Nice - near the Port and not far from the next small lovely village "Villefranche" with nice beaches, restaurants and shops. Beach, supermarket and down town are close by but easiest to reach by car. There is however a bus stop near by.
2 bed rooms, air con, washing machine, dryer, internet (WLAN), dish washer, cable TV. Everything you need!!

  • The view from the apartment in "Mont Boron" (part of Nice) is amazing - (best we've ever had on holiday .) Ocean, port and the town were just below - and we spent a lot of time just viewing the ever changing scenery below us - from cruise ships to fireworks at night. Most nights were spent on the front balcony, relaxing and enjoying the twinkling lights all around us. The apartment was first class and was spotless with everything we needed- from Travel Guides to cooking utensils. It was great to have the air conditioning although we didn't need it a lot. Mike who met us at the apartment was so pleasant and helpful - even gave us a lift to the next supermarket to do our first grocery shopping. This place was perfectly located for visiting other places - 2 euros took us to Monaco or the center of Nice on the bus. We also went to the market at Ventimiglia in Italy on the train for a few euros. A car would have been useful to visit the smaller villages round about. Would be no problem as there comes a garage with the flat. We did go to Eze but were a bit disappointed by it. The Rothschild gardens nearby were amazing - I could have stayed there all day! They are certainly worth a visit. This apartment is a great place to chill out and Nice is a lovely village - still not too commercialised. We relied on public transport but a car would be good as we found climbing the hill certainly kept us fit but the view from the balcony made it all worthwhile!
