    Had a wonderful time! Great place to stay. Loved the decor, music and the view from the deck! What fun - Loved Malaprops (local bookstore). Hope to return some day!

  • We enjoyed our weekend at the stone cottage - it was close to downtown Asheville but felt "away from it all" once we were there. We were excited see a pileated woodpecker just off the deck. It was beautifully decorated , and had all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook a couple of meals. The driveway would have been a challenge for a very large vehicle, and the spiral stairs would be a little difficult for some older adults.
