This newly renovated villa has a large garden and over a 200 ft boat dock from where you have direct access to the Fort Lauderdale oceanfront. Perfectly located on the corner lot of the prestigious Riviera Isles surrounded by multi million dollar homes. Only a 5 min walk from the beach and close to Las Olas Boulevard with restaurants and shopping.
The Boat House has two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, a separate mother-in-law suite with a full-size bed and a king-sofa bed. The Boat House will accommodate two or three couples and is a suitable vacation home for a family of 6-7. It includes a brand new heated pool, covered patio with BBQ and relax area, formal living room, large family room, fully equipped kitchen with state of the art stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV’s with free cable TV and high-speed WiFi Internet, large parking area and garage. Luxurious linens and towels from Ralph Lauren provides all the comforts of a home. It also includes a crib, high chair and some toys.
The pool and ocean are fenced off for children's safety. A true dream for family and friends.

Stand da nicht was von neu renoviert? Also all zu viel ist da nicht neu. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus hübsch, aber uralt und es gibt Löcher und Ritzen an allen Ecken. Auch ist der Kamin immer gegen oben offen. Wir haben nur 1x im Haus gekocht, aber das war ein ziemlicher Ablöscher. Die Schubladen waren voller Kakerlaken Exkremente und auch der ganze Boden wirkte sehr unrein. Das 'Schwiegermutter-Zimmer' mit Diele und eigenem Bad ist absolut nicht gekühlt und glüht im Sommer vor Hitze. So nicht zu gebrauchen. Also eigentlich nur zwei Schlafzimmer und die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man so niemals schlafen kann, also abstellen und schwitzen. Das Nachbargrundstück ist eine Müllhalde. Wird wohl demnächst neu bebaut. Hatten Glück, dass nicht viele Tiere von dort rüber kamen. So hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt .... Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hauses absolut genial zentral mit wunderschönem Garten und (abgesehen von der zu grossen Treppe) schönen Pool und absolut ruhig (abgesehen von ca. alle 2 Min. Flugzeugstarts, aber daran gewöhnt man sich und es ist wirklich nicht laut ....). Ach ja, es hat jede Menge grosser Krebse im Garten, die kommen auch ab und zu raus ...
