  We had a wonderful stay in July 2012 for about 10 days in this spotless, modern suite in a quiet residential location in Upper Mission. We stayed there in 2005, 2006 and 2007, when our children were younger but had not been back for a few years. The suite was great then, and is still an excellent spot now that they're teenagers. We also had our senior citizen mother (in-law) with us this year. The suite is in the walk-out basement of a home in a nice location about 10 minutes drive from Kelowna's well-known public beaches, and walking distance or a short drive to a coffee shop and several restaurants. The neighborhood is great for pleasant morning or evening walks on hot days, and only 5 minutes walk away there's a school playground great for older kids to run around or play catch, and with good climbing/play equipment for younger kids. The Kettle Valley Railway walking/cycling trails are not far, and there are some fire roads up the mountain for those wanting to get off-road into the back country on foot or in a 4WD vehicle. The owners are very helpful and welcoming, and fresh bread and jam were ready on the table when we arrived. They provide excellent recommendations for restaurants, vineyard tours, and other local attractions. The suite was good for my mother-in-law who had a sore foot and was having a bit of trouble walking. But it's a ground-floor suite so it worked fine for her. There's a short walk across grass to the suite from the parking spot, so it may be challenging in winter if there's snow, or if one had severe disabilities. Kelowna and the surrounding area are a beautiful location for a visit almost any time of year. We have recommended this suite to many friends and relatives!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  We stayed with Ed and Linda in the spring of 2012. The suite was clean and well equipped and we enjoyed exploring Kelowna from this lovely, quiet neighbourhood. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality conveyed by Ed and Linda.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean suite. The owners were gracious hosts who looked after our needs and more! The location was quiet and easily accessible to all local attractions. We highly recommend this property to anyone visitng the area.

  This was our family's first experience in a bed and breakfast. We had a fabulous time. Ed and Linda saw to all the little things that made our stay so enjoyable. Each evening it was so easy to relax because we felt so at home. We have already recommended this vacation suite to several friends. WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN, OURSELVES!

  Thanks to Ed and Linda for our wonderful stay. The suite was immaculate, spacious, tastefuuly decorated, and very comfortable - all the ammenities of home were provided. We have stayed in numerous B&B's accross the country and this one rates in the top few. Now that we have a new addition to our family, we were so happy to find such a great B&B that also accomodates children. Kelowna is a favorite destination and we hope to be back soon.

  We have stayed in many B&B and yours is rated #1 We have never felt so much at home as we did here. We had our privacy but still felt totally cared for each day. As for amenities nothing was missed, your suite will be passed on to all our friends and we will definitely be back in the future. What a great spirit you have, we felt the warmth of your home immediately.
