Upstairs, you find a queen size bedroom, as well as a twin that overlooks the live oaks of the yard and park. In all, three bedrooms plus loft office with stunning views. Policies: State taxes will be added as well as cleaning fee of $120. We accept Mastercard and Visa through Paypal. This is a non-smoking rental. This is a no pet rental. Holiday rates may be higher. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
Deposits: To reserve we require half of the full rental amount at booking and the rest 60 days prior to your stay. There is a $500 security deposit required at time of booking. For damage, unusual wear or property loss, the amount will be deducted from deposit with owner to make all decisions should conflict arise.
Refunds: The entire amount will be refunded if cancellation is at least 60 days prior to your reservation. If after 60 days prior, the amount will be kept. If able to be re-rented half will be refunded minus any losses.
