Tranquility comes from clean lines and large windows bringing the outdoors in! Enjoy the beautiful 20'x40' saltwater heated pool with retractable cover and poolside outdoor shower, surrounded by lush trees and landscaping. There is also a newly renovated kitchen with stainless counters, and an large back deck for grilling and dining (seats 10-12) with its own retractable awning for midday sun.
The heart of the house has an open kitchen/dining/great room with an adjoining double height ceiling living room filled with books, artwork and a 50' flatscreen TV. For sleeping, the house has two wings: a family wing and a guest wing. The family wing has a main floor master bedroom with separate shower and tub and two bedrooms above with a shared full bathroom. The guest wing is upstairs, opposite the family wing, and has a second master bedroom with full shower bathroom plus a separate loft office/bedroom.
There is also a finished basement with two playrooms, an art room and laundry. There are children's books and toys, including a wii, upon request.
The house is located on a quiet street, with village green space across the street , on a corner 2/3 acre lot. It feels very private due to the lot size, quiet street, green space, and contiguous empty lot. It is only 5 minutes from Southampton Village, with its restaurants, shops, markets and wonderful people watching! It is a quick bike ride to Coopers Beach (2 miles), one of the top rated most beautiful beaches in the US. Its a full service beach surrounded by historic mansions. Stroll or bike into Southampton Village (1 mile) for shopping, dining, and wonderful people watching!
We love dogs and kids! The yard, both front and back, is one large fenced area for your furry friends:)
