Membership of newly remodeled Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club, an Arthur Hill-designed golf course, is available for the duration of the rental period for a transfer fee. Membership provides full access to the gourmet dining room, pro shop, driving range, practice greens, fitness center with heated pool and sauna, lighted tennis courts. A reciprocal fee at other local upscale golf courses is available from May through October.
The Stoneybrook community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks that meander by several lakes, lovely foliage and beautiful birds. This is the perfect community for long walks or runs and bike rides.

We have stayed at this beautiful villa several times, and will continue to make it our "home away from home" every time we visit the west coast of Florida! It is absolutely perfect for a family, and being in such a gorgeous gated community makes it all that much better. The villa is safe, beautifully decorated, very spacious and offers every possible amenity you could possibly need or want! Mary is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is always very easy to get in touch with and is more then happy to help make your trip run as smoothly as possible! Fabulous lady! We will most definitely return to our favorite place in the sun! Ashley & David
