Located just a short walk to the beach, our desirable Ohio Avenue home was completely renovated! It features an open porch with wicker furniture, two bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. It also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a 32-inch flat-panel TV with DVD and VCR in the living room, and a 19-inch flat-panel TV in the master bedroom. A dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and full-size front-loading washer and dryer are all provided as well. Outside, you will find a yard in front and on the side, off-street parking, a patio with patio set, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and sounds of the ocean.
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two full beds, and the living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided, but as is customary in Cape May, linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant. Smoking and pets are not allowed, for the benefit of all of our guests.

Why the Owner Chose Cape May
Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.

This home has the ideal combination of being updated and clean, a short walk to the beach, reasonably priced, and on a quiet street. The patio, outside shower, gas grill, and porch make for great outside breaks from the ocean, and the clean, well appointed inside with high-speed internet, digital cable, and fun beachy design make for a memorable vacation!

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 6 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 20 years, we and our two kids (16 and 11) spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!

Great weekend getaway

Five of us from all over the east coast met up in Cape May just last weekend and stayed here. We had such a great time! House was very clean and well decorated. Beach just a few blocks away and the walk into town is beautiful if you walk along the ocean. Kim was there when we arrived and was extremely helpful in giving us directions, suggestions, and some general info on the town. The entire process was great- booking was easy, Ron and Kim were quick to respond to emails, our security deposit was promptly returned, and we had a great weekend. We're planning to return next year!
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

A great place to spend Spring Break with the family. Kids (9 and 10 yrs) Walk to beach..walk to restaurants..So much to do...Lighthouse/Beach/sunsets on the beach/shopping/ferry to Delaware...Clean home and with a little cleaning prior to checking out, security deposit was quickly returned in full. Great experience all around..Thank you Ron and Kim!

Spent the past weekend in Cape May! The weather was great and the house was beautiful! The pictures do no do this house justice. It is beautiful and well furnished. Very clean when we arrived. Close to everything. Very beautiful area to visit. I had a chance to meet the owners and they were wonderful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a perfect vacation. Thank you to the owner's for a great weekend getaway with my daughter!

My husband and I stayed here a couple of years ago with our then 2 year old. We had no problems and could hear the ocean from the front porch. They even had a high chair and kid-sized spoons and forks. It had Comast cable which was great since she was addicted to Elmo and we could use the On Demand to get Sesame Street at any time. Lovely, quiet street. There was also a grill outside.
