This cottage is situated on some of the best waterfront Silver Lake has to offer. The views are spectacular! You will enjoy 218 feet of private frontage on this all-sports lake. The cottage is on a cove, so while you can enjoy any kind of watercraft you like, the biggest and fastest can not come speeding by your private waterfront! A small island directly in front of the cottage protects the cove, and is also a great destination for swimming or paddling to. Kids love their private 'deserted' island to explore all while in sight of the grown-ups! We also do a special treasure hunt for the kids.
The cottage has two bedrooms on the main level (master bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed) and a full bath. An awesome deck leads off this level for wonderful views across the lake. On the lower level, there is another full bath with two queen-sized beds and a sofa sleeper. Downtown Traverse City is only six miles to the north. Interlochen center for the arts is only eight miles to the southwest.
