  Let's keep this short and accurate. Mark, the home owner, was an excellent concierge. Everything was exactly what he described and he helped with every aspect of our ski vacation right down to the best places to have breakfast or pizza. Suburb job by a great host!

  Our group really enjoyed staying in this home and our first visit to Breckenridge. The house is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a perfect ski vacation. The kitchen is fully-stocked, the two living rooms were great, and the speakers everywhere made it so much fun to get ready for a day on the mountain. We saw a fox walking through the snow one afternoon while sitting in the hot tub on the deck. The house is one stop from the base of peak 7 and peak 8 and you can ski off the 4 o'clock run. The garage is huge and provides a great place for gear storage. The best part: the owners are great to work with, answer all of your questions, and are very responsive. I would rent this place again for future visits to Breckenridge.

  Our experience at this mountain home were truly extraordinary. First off, we have stated at VRBO locations many times, and working with the owners was by far the best experience we have ever had. They were so accommodating, organized, friendly and helpful. Any question I had they were prompt to answer. When we arrived we were blown away at how stocked the home was with supplies in the kitchen, garage and really all over the house. They had everything we needed to make us feel so at home. The location was ideal! It was actually on peak 8 and overlooked the town of Breckenridge. It was a VERY short drive into town that you could actually walk if you wanted to. We enjoyed being able to walk out the door and have such a short walk to jump on the slopes and could actually ski right in the door (weather permitting). I would highly recommend this vacation home to any one that is looking for a lovely place to stay in the prime location. Thanks for your hospitality!

  Loved the house, was exactly as described. Was close to the ski in/ski out trail (Four O'Clock), everything we needed was provided from town information and activities to cookware and flatware.

  What an amazing place! The house is well laid out. Master bedroom upstairs, two family rooms and two bedrooms downstairs. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions immediately. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need and the hot tub is an extra treat. There is a pond in the backyard that was frozen over. Bring your ice skates if you have them!

  I am the marketing manager for a ski brand in Washington and we were doing a photo shoot with athletes at Breck for our advertising the following year. I need a place to sleep a ton but still maintain a family feel for our athletes and other staff at the shoot. This place wa a great, quite location with every amenity we need plus a great hottub. We even saw a moose in the backyard who stopped by to see what was up. Thanks!

  What a great trip! We just had a guy's long weekend - 8 of us - and this house worked out just fine. Large kitchen/open living room for everyone to hang out in, plenty of beds, and speakers wired EVERYWHERE. Even outside by the hot tub deck. Very cool. Kitchen was well stocked - I was pleasantly surprised to find a griddle pan in the cabinets which made breakfast for the whole crew a whole lot easier. Although the house could use a few shot glasses ;) Getting to the mountain was super easy - shuttle is a short 5 minute walk and the mountain stops are among the first ones. Owner was super helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions quickly and had a great information packet and binder ready for us. Thanks again!

  We had a great time during our stay at this home in Breck! The accomodations were exactly as we had expected. Everything was ready for our arrival and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to all!

  Our experience at the home was excellent. We had a family of 6 stay there. Everything was as advertised-all of the conveniences of home - kitchen utensils and cooking utensils were clean and well functioning. Great hot tub on deck, working gas fireplace. The two family rooms are a real plus with kids- big screen TV and DVD players in both rooms. It is ski-in, ski-out if there is enough snow, but with little snow we caught the free bus which is about a 4 minute walk and 5 minute ride to the major quad lifts on Peak 8. Owner was great to work with. We would stay there again.
