This is a clean, young attached half-rancher in small gated community in the quiet residential village of Playa Hermosa. It is fully self-contained on one level with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with cable TV, separate bedroom and main bathroom.
Tico-Spanish furniture, lots of tile, modern appliances and plenty of native wood are featured in this roomy unit, ideal for one couples. The bedroom has a queen bed and lots of storage. There is parking for a car as well as a small patio for lazy days.
The beach is a very short walk away and has a few Tico bars to enjoy a cold one with your toes in the sand or admire the gorgeous sunsets. The village of Playa Hermosa has a small supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Just a few kilometers away is the more touristy Playa Del Coco (about five minutes' drive or $15-20 per taxi). Easy access to activities (canopy-zipping?), tours, diving, sight-seeing (Arenal volcano?), boating (yacht tours on-site), etc.
