This beachfront property is located in a small quiet gated community named Villa Palmira, consisting of only six streets, on a dead end street. Barefoot access to golden sands and a palm lined beach just a few feet away welcome all who enjoy swimming, kayaking, windsurfing and snorkeling or a peaceful spot to read and sunbathe. You can also walk for miles along the beach while enjoying ocean views which include nearby Cayo Santiago and Vieques Islands. The newly remodeled home has wide open living and dining areas which offer a wonderful spacious, yet homely feel. Perfect for family vacations, group getaways or special occasions, this beautiful home offers luxury and comfort for the Puerto Rico vacation of a lifetime.

Two of the bedrooms have an adjoining separate sleeping area, accommodating up to 4 guests in each bedroom for a total of 8 guests. A master suite (sleeps 2), fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, living, dining and great rooms offer plenty of inside space. Fully air conditioned, additional sleeping accommodations include one queen sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2) and two queen sofa beds (sleeps 4) in the great room. Outside, the backyard has two gazebos amid a private lush tropical garden providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining, barbecue cooking or relaxing and taking an afternoon nap on the hammock.
