We went on vacation and loved it so much, we decided to buy it! We are now the proud owners of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, walking distance to the beach end unit Villa at Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.
This great complex has 3 miles of beautiful white sandy beach, very short walk to 1 of 5 community pools,3 Championship Golf courses, 25 tennis courts(15 clay), with a pro shop that has it all. Eleven mile lagoon for canoeing,paddle boating,crabbing,fishing and more! Fantastic happy hour deck! Walk to the well known Alexander's for a fabulous dinner, followed by a stroll on the beach to watch the sun set. Whether you want a sports vacation or just relax on the beach its a place where irreplaceable family memories are made.

Arrived in May and was very pleasantly surprised. Condo adorable, very clean, photos were right on target! Owner very helpful, she even told us about shopping and attractions. There's a 10 minute walk to beach, great restaurant practically across the street, bike rentals 5 min. walk, many biking trails, also riding on the beach permissable. Please don't miss H2O Water Sports at South Beach Marina,sunset kayaking,"Nonnie" the guide was Great! Kayaking with dolphins INCREDIBLE!! If you like Thai food...walk to entrance at 278 turn left, on left about 1/4 mile. Food and service very good! JUST TOO BAD IN ONLY LASTED A WEEK!!! Thanks Deb, it was GREAT and so were you!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
