The pine hardwood main level includes a full-sized washer and dryer, a master bedroom (queen) with en suite bath, as well as a guest room (queen) and full hallway bath.
Upstairs, you will enjoy the loft overlooking the family room below, with a pull-out sleeper sofa, a game table for chess, checkers, backgammon, or cards, along with a third bedroom with 4 twin beds... just perfect for the kids to have a slumber party. There is also a desk for those who need to sneak away to take care of business while staying in the home.
You will arrive to a clean house, fully furnished, including dishes and flatware for 12+, complete sets of linens and towels, a gas grill and deck furniture, 4 televisions all with 150 channels of satellite TV (including a 42" widescreen in the family room with a DVD player), a CD/stereo, and wood-burning fireplace.
Lake Arrowhead Yacht and Country Club is a private golf, swim, and tennis community with 24-hour security, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains, less than an hour from metro Atlanta.
