RENTAL POLICIES:
A security deposit of $350 is due upon booking a reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft. In a 11% Florida tax are added to the invoice. Full rental payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and may be paid by a personal check. NO VACATIONING STUDENT GROUPS without parent.
