1. BELVEDERE ( sleeps 4+2)
Comfortable and elegant, Belvedere consists of two levels.
First Level: spacious living and dining area with high ceiling and great windows to enjoy the view and the cooling breeze;
full modern kitchen with mahogany cabinets, granite countertops, gas stove with oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator.
Guest bathroom (half bath). Covered terrace.
Upper level: one king master bedroom and with en-suite full bathroom, queen guestroom in the tower, another full bathroom. Laundry facility available. Great wrap around terrace with incomparable views of the North and South Shore of the island.

2. CASANUEVA ( sleeps 7+4)
With its two independent levels, this new home can be rented as a 2 or 3 or 5 bedrooms unit, making it inexpensive for smaller groups and very convenient for larger groups.
Built with passion for details and luxury finishing, Casanueva reinvents the charm and character of Island style living with every comfort and accents.
There is room for up to 11 guests at Casanueva, which features two fully independent levels :
Main pool level: 3 bedrooms, ( two master king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one guestroom with queen bed and one twin bed), two bathrooms, full modern kitchen, living /dining room. Terrace with spectacular sea view.
Garden level:Ixora Studio with queen bed and kitchenette, ensuite bathroom. Allamanda room with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The garden rooms share the panoramic deck with sea view.

My parents, boyfriend, and I spent a wonderful thanksgiving holiday at this property. We were blown away by the beautiful, unique design - which allowed for comfortable group hangouts as well as privacy for couples. The view of the Caribbean is stunning and the proximity to west bay shops, restaurants, and diving unbeatable. The private beach on the property is beautiful and was empty each time we visited. The only downside was the bugs! So bring some type of repellant ;). Would recommend to anyone!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This gorgeous immaculate property is in an ideal location, close to the beach, all water activities, restaurants and bars and in a beautiful area with incredible views of the surrounding water. The home is spacious, and is equipped with every amenity needed. The pool has numerous comfortable cushioned lounge chairs, there is seating in the shade if desired as as well. There is a new outdoor BBQ, sink and refrigerator that can be used...all appliances outside and in the home are new and exceptionally maintained. There is wi-fi in the home as well and a local cell phone that is provided. The large master bedroom has a patio that opens to the most beautiful view each morning, the bathrooms and kitchen are all new, modern and in perfect condition. The property managers were extremely helpful in all details of our trip, transportation, food and activity recommendations and always available by phone, email or just afew minutes away in the community. We had an incredible vacation in this luxurious home and would absolutely return. We would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The best part of our visit to Roatan was the decision to stay here. The pool was perfect and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were glad that we chose West Bay over West End as it is quieter and prettier. The pictures really capture the house; the rooms are as large as they look and the house is clean and new. It is an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We recommend that you rent a car if you stay here so that you can easily get to other parts of Roatan and for groceries.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

What a wonderful, beautiful place to stay! The upper balcony offers absolutely stunning views of both West Bay and the Iron (South) Shore. What an incredible experience to view both the sunrise AND sunset! We celebrated each morning by sipping coffee & watching the sunrise, and relaxing each evening with a cocktail & enjoying the sunset. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the new pool is terrific! The pool palapa provides a great shaded nook for reading or napping. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and we enjoyed hiking a 1.5 mile loop through the surrounding area. This home is thoughtfully furnished, indoors and outdoors. Large windows, a nice breeze, comfortable furniture, a gourmet kitchen, and unique wall art make this a really wonderful place to stay. The local cell phone was an unexpected benefit - our U.S. cell phone wouldn't work, and it was so cheap to call the U.S./Canada on the local cell phone. The property managers are great! They were helpful throughout - from pre-trip planning to graciously responding to anything needed during our stay. We recommend this property wholeheartedly!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

For us, Villa Belvedere is a great place to stay. The Villa is very spacious and the location provides a spectacular panoramic view from the terrace towards the southeast and a great sunset view in the evening on the opposite side. There was almost always a cooling breeze that kept the bugs away. West Bay Beach is a short walk down a hill where the snorkeling is great and there are plenty of places to eat. The property managers were extremely responsive to questions, requests and any issues that came up. We've already booked our stay for next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

The property was well maintained, it was comfortable and clean. The house sits high on a hill and the tradewinds provided a cool breeze. The owners were most helpful if we needed them. The views from the house are spectacular. The maid and groundskeeper are very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this house to others to rent...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Villa Belvedere exceeded our expectations. The house was excellently maintained and the views were spectacular. With the house on top of the hill, the breeze cooled us to were we hardly needed the AC. The furnishings were more than adequit for our needs and the maid and grounds keeper always made us feel welcome and were an addition to our stay that we didn't expect. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone but you better hurry before I book it again before you.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
