Three good-sized bedrooms, two with queen beds and the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Sleeps 8.
Living room and dining area has plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Downstairs toilet and laundry plus lock-up garage under main roof, with internal access.

Kitchen is fully equipped with condiments. Tea , coffee & sugar are supplied. All new appliances to help make your stay a comfortable & enjoyable one. Tea towels supplied, along with dish washing liquid etc.
The livingroom has a new Flatscreen TV with built -in DVD, radio/CD player plus movies, books, board games, puzzles and lots to entertain the family.
A good size main bedroom, with second TV, comfortable queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built in robe. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and built in robe. All beds have pillows, blankets and quilts (all new). BYO sheets and towels
Rear yard
 
Clothesline, (pegs supplied). Out door seating on the patio area . A relaxing place to sit & enjoy the quiet. A safe yard for children to explore. Smoking is permitted outside , ashtray supplied .
