Our newly-built and lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa is built on one of Florida’s newest executive gated vacation communities and offers guests a relaxing tranquil holiday where guests can fish at the lake, take a lovely stroll down to the lakeside to enjoy the stunning sunsets. The community has an impressive gatehouse with 24hour video camera security to help provide that little bit of extra security whilst you are on vacation.

The villa is fully air conditioned and enjoys all-day sun. The pool and large deck area are screened for protection from Florida’s wildlife. There is poolside furniture for al fresco dining and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sun. There are no properties backing on to our villa giving you more privacy.

We had a great stay is this Villa. The villa was in a peacefull loaction and was in excellent order throughout. Dealing with the owners was very easy and I would highly recomend this villa to anyone.

Nice home to rent. Its in a quiet gated subdivision. Streets are not too busy for bike riding or morning walks. Kitchen is fairly well equipped with all the basics for home cooking and entertaining. Pools was in good shape and ready for enjoyment. We did have trouble with the pool heater, however it was repaired that day and we never missed any fun. Beds and bedding were in excellent shape. The cleaning service before our arrival was just about perfect, only a couple areas that didn't meet our expectations, little details that cleaning services tend to skip. a great overall experience.

We stayed here in October of 2011 and had a great time. The Villa is beautiful and it felt like a home away from home. Perfect location for the parks etc and we felt really safe there too. We enjoyed fishing on the peer - we caught a few fish :0) Would definately stay there again!

We found this villa to be a true home from home,the accommodation had everything we required and more.it was spotlessly clean and fresh both inside and out.the estate was well maintained and gated. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily visits to the Lakeside,fishing ,with the added thrill of "ally" the alligator who ate my husband's biggest catch of the holiday. We visited many places around near the villa and further afield.our favourite was the Rodeo,we also went to some of the parks and The Space Centre. There are many shops and resturaunts close by . We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to have the bestof both sides of a Floridian holiday.its close enough to the parks and buzz if that's what you want and yet far enough away to have a quieter, relaxing time. We enjoyed itso much we are returning in the summer of this year and we are confident we will again have a terrific stay
