Welcome to our Maui vacation home! Our one-bedroom condo sleeps four, and is located at Kihei Kai Nani, with a partial oceanview of one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. I have seen whales breech while I was sitting on the lanai!
Our lovely unit is on the ground floor of a two-story, low-rise building in a tropical garden setting. There are no stairs to climb. Beautiful Kamaole II Beach is right across the street, just steps away!
The comfortable living room has sliding glass. If you must bring your computer to paradise, Kihei Kai Nani now has broadband! The queen pull-out sofa in the living room sleeps two. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning combined with soft tropical breezes and afternoon trade winds keep you comfortable year round.
Your kitchen is fully equipped - lots of cookware and utensils, two sets of dishes, glass-top electric stove, coffee maker, blender and other small appliances, microwave and garbage disposal. Everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, sunset drinks and puu-puu’s (appetizers), or a gourmet meal is provided. You choose whether to dine indoors at the glass top dining table that seats four, outdoors on the lanai table that also seats four, or in one of the many and varied restaurants that Maui is famous for!
Make it an evening ritual to take beach chairs, camera, and a beverage across the street for sunset. You will never tire of the magnificent displays! It’s a wonderful opportunity to refresh before an exhilarating evening out, or a quiet evening relaxing at home.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, air-conditioning and ceiling fan as well. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided for your use. Daily or weekly maid service can be arranged if you so desire.
Kihei Kai Nani has one of the largest and most beautiful swimming pools on Maui. This lovely complex also features beautifully landscaped grounds, your choice of gas or charcoal grills, a large laundry facility, and office amenities that include faxing and mail receipt. A short walk brings you to an internet café, convenience store, several wonderful restaurants, liquor store, and other fun shopping venues. A short drive brings you to the championship golf courses, public tennis courts, world-class hotel spas and shopping in Wailea, and more restaurants of every description.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Kai Nani
We started going to Maui in 1985, and have only missed one year since then. John works in the hotel industry, and we stayed on his employee benefits in the Kaanapali area for the first 7 years. As we came to know the island, we found that Kamaole II was the most beautiful beach, and we'd drive down from Kaanapali every day. When it came time to buy, it was no mystery where we wanted to be!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
What sold us on our unit at Kihei Kai Nani is the partial ocean view. You can see the ocean from the lanai, and from the sofa in the living room. I once sent my aunt a postcard that said, "today I saw a whale breach from my sofa!" She called me on my phone to make sure I was all right! Now I tell people that I saw a whale breach in the ocean across the street while I was sitting on the sofa!
Because we're in the front of the complex, we can enjoy the pool any time we like, but don't have to hear kids playing in it all day long. It's a great pool - one of the largest on Maui! And yes, kids love it!!
Some people wonder about road noise since we're so close to the beach. It's a little two lane road - not any noise to speak of. And it's so convenient to just walk across the street to the beach.
You can walk in either direction from Kihei Kai Nani and find restaurants, convenience stores, a liquor store, and clothing stores. A short drive and you're in Wailea with beautiful golf links, beautiful hotels, and more wonderful restaurants.
And the best sunsets are across the street at Kamaole II as well! Make it a nightly event to take your camera and a beverage across the street for the most spectacular sunsets you've ever seen!
And it's only 8 miles from the airport!! Coming and going is a breeze! So very convenient!!!
One of the three Kamaole Beach Parks. Because it's the only one without a parking lot, it's never crowded. And it is the most beautiful!!
