  I've had the opportunity to stay in this warm, comfortable, deluxe, immaculate 2 bedroom retreat! And, I must say, that I felt pampered with all the attention to details like soaps, lotions, spices, bathrobes, surround sound, wineglasses, and impeccable taste in furnishings...just to name a few!! Although I only stayed a weekend, I could have stayed a month or even moved in and would have only needed to bring my clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows...WoW...soft, clean, and fresh! Thank you, Jill...what a very relaxing and exquisite weekend. And, I appreciate your attention to my comfort during my stay. In my travels to Cocoa Beach, the 7 acre complex of Sandcastles, in my opinion, is the best location in Cocoa Beach and this 2 bedroom apartment is incredible! I will be booking with you again in the future...and I recommend anyone looking for a beach escape vacation to look no further than Jill's 2 units at the Sandcastles.

  Jill: We couldn't have ask for a nicer condo or a place to stay in beautiful Cocoa Beach FL. It was just a great 2 weeks away from the snow and cold of Minnesota. We just wish we did not have to return to 17" of snow in MN. You were excellent to work with and your condo was totally awesome. You provided all the extras that made our stay so easy. All we had to do was pack our shorts and swimsuit. We will be back hopefully for many years to come. Plus the dining in Cocoa Beach is wonderful. We loved the Italian Courtyard as the very best.   Jill's condo was great! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked and the decor is lovely. The balcony afforded a wonderful view of the ocean, and we could see both the sunrise over the ocean as well as the sunset to the west from the balcony. Sandcastles is very well maintained and quiet with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We stayed a month and would like to have stayed longer. Rental includes the use of the Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness Club, which was a great perk for us. Beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment were included as well. We would highly recommend this condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. It was wonderful. I worked with Jill and she is great - very thorough, professional, and helpful with things to do in Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked with everything you would need. I would recommend this to anyone. I know I will be back!! Thank you, Jill.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Jill, We really enjoyed staying in your condo. We stayed in the two bedroom and also saw the three bedroom you have and it to was awesome! We toured through others and yours is by FAR!! is the nicest. We will return and have told many others how great it was.   Thanks, Jill, for a wonderful experience. You were so easy to work with to get everything set up and you always answered your cell phone. We enjoyed our stay in your condo and you have done a wonderful job with all of the amenities and have a nicely, decorated and comfortable condo. The kitchen was was so big & open. We were so glad to have the southern exposure on the deck since it was a little cooler. We've stayed in many condos in Cocoa Beach over the past 10 years and yours is by far one of the very best that we've stayed in. The condo was well stocked and the showers were fantastic!! The codes for the elevator and condo were convenient. Your living room furniture was very nice and the TV was a perfect size for the living room.

  In that I am a frequent business traveler I could have used points and stayed for "free" in a nearby high-end motel but decided to try to have a more "home" like experience for my trip to the Cocoa area. My guests and I were very pleased with the property in general and with unit 715 in particular. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

  We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. The accomodations where excellent, very modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to have everything there to use for the beach. That is our favorite part of Florida. We were there for a family wedding and all of the other family members wished they had stayed somewhere as nice as we had. This was an excellent location for all our outings. We played golf, rode go carts, went to Kennedy Space Center, went to Downtown Disney and ate at several nice places without much travel time. Jill was great, she worked with us on odd dates due to the wedding and everything was explaned and handled perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area. If we go to Cocoa Beach again, we will definitly work with Jill. Thanks for a stress free and wonderful vacation!

  Well, have to say that our 2nd visit to sandcastles did not let us down!! We had a fab time in the unit with our 2 young boys (5yrs and 2 yrs old). Kicthen and bedrooms are great, but this time we most enjoyed all the beach equipment and amenities that were provided. We'll be back -- see you next spring.
