  • We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. The accomodations where excellent, very modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to have everything there to use for the beach. That is our favorite part of Florida. We were there for a family wedding and all of the other family members wished they had stayed somewhere as nice as we had. This was an excellent location for all our outings. We played golf, rode go carts, went to Kennedy Space Center, went to Downtown Disney and ate at several nice places without much travel time. Jill was great, she worked with us on odd dates due to the wedding and everything was explaned and handled perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area. If we go to Cocoa Beach again, we will definitly work with Jill. Thanks for a stress free and wonderful vacation!

  • Well, have to say that our 2nd visit to sandcastles did not let us down!! We had a fab time in the unit with our 2 young boys (5yrs and 2 yrs old). Kicthen and bedrooms are great, but this time we most enjoyed all the beach equipment and amenities that were provided. We'll be back -- see you next spring.

  • We recently had the great pleasure to stay at Jill's beautiful condo in Cocoa Beach. We spent a week there during our invitation to be a part of the STS-126 Endeavour Space Shuttle Launch on Nov 14, 2008. My wife niece (Sandra Magnus) was on the crew and is staying on the International Space Station through early next year. What an exciting week it was for all of our family and friends. We had a great time at the4 condo with all the comforts of home. Staying at the condo was far better than being at a motel/hotel. The last time we were at a shuttle launch in 2002 we stayed at the Hilton which was nice, but it didn't give us the freedom and flexibility of Jill's luxury condo. Speaking of Jill, she was such a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay in coca Beach. We will definitely be back there sometime soon, I hope.

  • We had the good fortune to select Jill's Sandcastle 715 for our R&R trip in October, 2008. It was just what we needed. The condo was everything that was expressed on the web and even more. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there. It was like being home. The process was very professional and the complex was quiet and relaxing. Truely a special place. This will definately be a place for a return visit. Jill was the best.

Every item we would need was provided for making this a stress free vacation. The accomodations were well appointed. It was quiet and the ocean was lovely. What more could you ask.   • Our Family had the pleasure (& wisdom!) of selecting Jill's condo for our vacation in August 08. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home. Every amenity is there and waiting for you...you literally have to unpack and relax. The grounds are well maintained and there is always staff around should a problem arise. One evening we got home at ~1 am and were greeted by a staff member driving around. The beach is one of the best...large and clean. We have stayed on both the gulf and various ocean coasts, and this is truly among the best. We will certainly be staying again at Jill's lovely home. Thank you, Jill!

  • We certainly enjoyed the condo and Cocoa Beach was a fantastic place to vacation during our visit to Disney! I was a little nervous about renting from a private individual...but Jill was fantastic to work with!! The condo was everything she said it would be...all the little extras made our vacation sooooo much easier! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated....steps to the beach...fantastic! Jill was always helpful and was 'true' too her word, which meant a lot! I would certainly recommend Cocoa Beach and staying in Jill's condo to any family wanting a relaxed and stress free vacation.

  • Jill, the owner of this rental, is absolutely fantastic. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to stay at the unit. Nonetheless, our experience with Jill has been terrific. She promptly sent our refund (without even being asked) & has responded to every phone call & e-mail we've sent. She's pleasant, knowledgeable, & very professional. This is clearly a top-notch business! My only complaint is that we didn't get to actually have the pleasure of vacationing in one of her condos! We will definitely reserve one of her places before anywhere else on our next vacation!

  • My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cocoa Beach and especially the condo. We have spent many vacations in condos and felt this one was the best! I really appreciated all the extras that we needed such as the kitchen spices, plentiful towels and sunscreen. The kids loved the space, beach toys and the view was incredible. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean is our definition of paradise. Thanks Jill for a wonderful stay and a professional rental experience.
