Thanks, Jill, for a wonderful experience. You were so easy to work with to get everything set up and you always answered your cell phone. We enjoyed our stay in your condo and you have done a wonderful job with all of the amenities and have a nicely, decorated and comfortable condo. The kitchen was was so big & open. We were so glad to have the southern exposure on the deck since it was a little cooler. We've stayed in many condos in Cocoa Beach over the past 10 years and yours is by far one of the very best that we've stayed in. The condo was well stocked and the showers were fantastic!! The codes for the elevator and condo were convenient. Your living room furniture was very nice and the TV was a perfect size for the living room.

In that I am a frequent business traveler I could have used points and stayed for "free" in a nearby high-end motel but decided to try to have a more "home" like experience for my trip to the Cocoa area. My guests and I were very pleased with the property in general and with unit 715 in particular. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. The accomodations where excellent, very modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to have everything there to use for the beach. That is our favorite part of Florida. We were there for a family wedding and all of the other family members wished they had stayed somewhere as nice as we had. This was an excellent location for all our outings. We played golf, rode go carts, went to Kennedy Space Center, went to Downtown Disney and ate at several nice places without much travel time. Jill was great, she worked with us on odd dates due to the wedding and everything was explaned and handled perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area. If we go to Cocoa Beach again, we will definitly work with Jill. Thanks for a stress free and wonderful vacation!

Well, have to say that our 2nd visit to sandcastles did not let us down!! We had a fab time in the unit with our 2 young boys (5yrs and 2 yrs old). Kicthen and bedrooms are great, but this time we most enjoyed all the beach equipment and amenities that were provided. We'll be back -- see you next spring.

We recently had the great pleasure to stay at Jill's beautiful condo in Cocoa Beach. We spent a week there during our invitation to be a part of the STS-126 Endeavour Space Shuttle Launch on Nov 14, 2008. My wife niece (Sandra Magnus) was on the crew and is staying on the International Space Station through early next year. What an exciting week it was for all of our family and friends. We had a great time at the4 condo with all the comforts of home. Staying at the condo was far better than being at a motel/hotel. The last time we were at a shuttle launch in 2002 we stayed at the Hilton which was nice, but it didn't give us the freedom and flexibility of Jill's luxury condo. Speaking of Jill, she was such a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay in coca Beach. We will definitely be back there sometime soon, I hope.

We had the good fortune to select Jill's Sandcastle 715 for our R&R trip in October, 2008. It was just what we needed. The condo was everything that was expressed on the web and even more. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there. It was like being home. The process was very professional and the complex was quiet and relaxing. Truely a special place. This will definately be a place for a return visit. Jill was the best.

Jill, Thank you for the use of your lovely condo last week. We were in desparate need of rest and relaxation and Sandcastles provided just that. Our Family had the pleasure (& wisdom!) of selecting Jill's condo for our vacation in August 08. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home. Every amenity is there and waiting for you...you literally have to unpack and relax. The grounds are well maintained and there is always staff around should a problem arise. One evening we got home at ~1 am and were greeted by a staff member driving around. The beach is one of the best...large and clean. We have stayed on both the gulf and various ocean coasts, and this is truly among the best. We will certainly be staying again at Jill's lovely home. Thank you, Jill!

We certainly enjoyed the condo and Cocoa Beach was a fantastic place to vacation during our visit to Disney! I was a little nervous about renting from a private individual...but Jill was fantastic to work with!! The condo was everything she said it would be...all the little extras made our vacation sooooo much easier! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated....steps to the beach...fantastic! Jill was always helpful and was 'true' too her word, which meant a lot! I would certainly recommend Cocoa Beach and staying in Jill's condo to any family wanting a relaxed and stress free vacation.

Jill, the owner of this rental, is absolutely fantastic. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to stay at the unit. Nonetheless, our experience with Jill has been terrific. She promptly sent our refund (without even being asked) & has responded to every phone call & e-mail we've sent. She's pleasant, knowledgeable, & very professional. This is clearly a top-notch business! My only complaint is that we didn't get to actually have the pleasure of vacationing in one of her condos! We will definitely reserve one of her places before anywhere else on our next vacation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cocoa Beach and especially the condo. We have spent many vacations in condos and felt this one was the best! I really appreciated all the extras that we needed such as the kitchen spices, plentiful towels and sunscreen. The kids loved the space, beach toys and the view was incredible. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean is our definition of paradise. Thanks Jill for a wonderful stay and a professional rental experience.

Wonderful rental with all the amenties and steps to the beach!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We spent an entire week on the space coast with our 2 young sons (4 yrs and 1 yr) and absolutely had a fabulous time. The condo unit suited us perfectly. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and dream kitchen! Thank you Jill for the crib and high chair rental contact - it all worked out seemlessly. We had a great time at Cocoa Beach celebrating my daughter's birthday with her friends! The condo was so nice - very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. And the beds were very comfortable! Groceries and pharmacies were near by for supplies. The beach was beautiful - and not as crowded in front of the Sandcastels as it was down the beach. We just returned from our recent stay in Sandcastles #715, and can't thank Jill enough for providing such a beautiful place to relax. We were so sick of winter here in Iowa City and just needed a place to escape with family. We have 2 teenage daughters and an 8 year old son, and all three felt right at home in Jill's condo. We all ventured out for a day at Disney World, and my son and husband took in a partial day at the Space Center. My oldest daughter and husband had great fun one evening at a baseball game, and the girls and I enjoyed nearby shopping. Jill's condo allowed us plenty of time to enjoy each other but plenty of space to escape from each other, too, as needed. The only thing I can think of that would have been better than this would be Jill's ocean front condo! Thanks again, Jill, for providing us everything we needed!

Our group of five from Wisconsin raved over how clean and spacious the condo was upon arrival. All agreed we would stay there again if ever visiting Cocoa Beach. Having the supplies from cleaning, to spices, lotions and bathroom accessories was great. We especially like having the water from the fridge. We could refill our water bottles for the beach. We stayed in unit#715 with out 2 grandchildren, twins. Everyone was comfortable with the accomendations. There was plenty of room and we loved the decorations. Jill was available to answer any questions. We would definitely return for a summer vacation.

We had a very nice stay here. THe unit was beautiful & very spacious. We had 4 children & 2 adults & there was plenty of room. Close to the beach & pool & no long waits for the elevator. It was a quiet complex too.

I had the opportunity to stay in Jill's Unit 715 during a business trip and I would like to share with anyone who reads this that Jill's attention to detail and exquisite decorating style is a must see! Not only did she help me to feel welcome and comfortable, but she was also available to me 24/7 if I had any questions. The Unit is very large and felt like home with all of the little perks that Jill includes in the Unit from a fully functional kitchen to lotions, shower gels, and clean, white Terry Cloth Bathrobes. Lounging on the balcony, eating a Bagel, sipping on my freshly-brewed coffee, and watching the breath taking sunrise was the perfect start for a perfect business day! Thank you so much Jill and I look forward to returning to Cocoa Beach this summer for our vacation and staying in your 3 bedroom unit with my family.

I've had the opportunity to stay in this warm, comfortable, deluxe, immaculate 2 bedroom retreat! And, I must say, that I felt pampered with all the attention to details like soaps, lotions, spices, bathrobes, surround sound, wineglasses, and impeccable taste in furnishings...just to name a few!! Although I only stayed a weekend, I could have stayed a month or even moved in and would have only needed to bring my clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows...WoW...soft, clean, and fresh! Thank you, Jill...what a very relaxing and exquisite weekend. And, I appreciate your attention to my comfort during my stay. In my travels to Cocoa Beach, the 7 acre complex of Sandcastles, in my opinion, is the best location in Cocoa Beach and this 2 bedroom apartment is incredible! I will be booking with you again in the future...and I recommend anyone looking for a beach escape vacation to look no further than Jill's 2 units at the Sandcastles.
