Enjoy spectacular Florida sunsets or bird watching from the lanai which overlooks the largest wildlife preserve in this community. April-Nov .. $2700/month (1 month minimum).
50% deposit to reserve. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be prior to 60 days of arrival to receive refund of
reservation deposit.  A $200 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in
no refunds.
$500 refundable security deposit.
