  We loved the location of this villa, on a lovely secure gated community. It was very convenient for the Disney Parks. We were in the Animal Kingdom in about 15 minutes. It was well worth getting the pool heated as it was nice to come back for a swim after a busy day in Disney. We also loved the pool table and made use of that most evenings. There were 7 of us staying here and it was plenty spacious enough to take us all. All in all we had a great holiday.

  It has been a while since we stayed at Kelly's great Florida home, but as the snow flies here in Canada I am thinking fondly of our time in Florida. The house was exactly as it is shown in the pictures, very comfortably furnished with all the amenities. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that came up (as they do anywhere) and I was impressed with the ease I had in reaching someone for help and the speed with which things were resolved. We were never inconvenienced and everyone was very helpful. The location is great, very close to Disney, and Emerald Island is a nice, gated community as well. We have young kids so we also appreciated the short walk to the playground on site. The kids loved the pool, which we heated and enjoyed everyday for 2 weeks. The adults in our party really appreciated the hot tub in the evenings after long days of walking. The layout of the home is wonderful as well, having the extra living area really let the adults have a space that was a bit away from the kids and the tv. We would be happy to stay at this home again on our next trip. It was an easy booking process and the speed and thoroughness with which our many questions were answered was greatly appreciated.   We had a wonderful time at this Villa. Everything was provided for you, the location was perfect easy access to all restaurants along highway 192 and theme parks. Walmart and Publix was a short distance away. The Villa was comfortable, cozy and clean. The games room was an absolute bonus, after a long tiring day out we relaxed by playing games, it was even ideal for my 3 year old. We felt very secure at this villa, the neighbourhood was quiet and clean. The Clubhouse was amazing with all the facilities, the security was welcoming. I just want to say a massive thank you to Andrew who was wonderful and excellent in communication and always checked to make sure we were having a great time and was comfortable. I would definitely come back to this Villa and would recommend it to everyone, especially if looking for value for money. Thanks again Andrew. Roderick and Family from Manchester, UK

  We had high expectations of the villa after seeing the photos and reading all the great reviews. A lot of research went in to finding the best villa we could and I'm happy to say, that was time well spent, as this villa exceeded all our expectations. The location was great being close to all the theme parks and attractions and the villa itself had everything we could wish for. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and were all furnished to a very high standard. The Kitchen had everything you could need and the games room was particularly popular with the kids! The lounge was cosy and comfortable and had a lovely outlook on to the pool. The pool itself was great to jump in to and unwind at the end of a long day in the theme parks. We paid the extra for the Pool heating, which was great when it came to jumping in the Jacuzzi which felt like relaxing in a hot bath. Contact with the owners when it came to booking couldn't have been easier and any minor problems or queries we had, when in resort, were quickly resolved by the friendly and helpful, local management company. In short we couldn't have wished for any better, a wonderful venue for a wonderful holiday!

  This home was perfect for our vacation.Our two grandsons (4 & 6 yrs old) and 2 nieces (8 & 10 yrs old) had a great time!It is a beautiful home with more extras than you could dream of.Very clean and cozy while close to the attractions.I spent many hours looking at rental properties but will not waste my time next time we visit Orlando,because there is nothing more we could have wanted-Great pool,games room,games,movies,computer,free wi-fi,I could go on and on!Pool towels,pool toys and strollers there at the house.Thank you Andrew for being so accommodating with my requests to adding three extra persons and extending my dates.We have stayed at Emerald Island twice before over the years and I can honestly say there is not one thing I did not like about your villa.Thanks again Steve

  Villa was beautiful - spacious and clean -we stayed for a month. Kitchen was well stocked, as were linens. Outside pool/spa area is beautiful also, very comfortable patio furniture with seating for at least 8, and a bonus of full sun for the day - we spent most of our time outside. Excellent location for theme parks and shopping. Numerous places to dine within minutes of villa. Would recommend this location to anyone with a family. Don Reid

  The villa was absolutely stunning.The decor,the cleanliness the facilities were all first class.Our two teenage grandsons were blown away with the swimming pool,pool table,and games room. The location is perfect for all the theme parks in and around Orlando also access to the I4 is just minutes away which makes driving around to other areas easy. Kelly is by far the most thoughtful and concerned owner I have ever dealt with nothing was too much trouble and she wanted to make sure our holiday was as pleasurable and relaxing as possible. I would recommend this property and location to all of my friends without hesitation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Our stay in this beautiful villa was everything we expected. The description given was spot on regarding location,layout facilities etc. Close to all the main theme parks. Just a five minute drive away there was a supermarket and a variety of restaurants. The villa itself was immaculate and the owner provided us with great customer service,over and above what is expected. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family and if we return to Orlando I have no hesitation in where we will be staying. A wonderful villa and a wonderful holiday.

  This was our first holiday to Florida and the first time we had booked direct with an owner rather than a package holiday. We nearly opted to stay in a Disney Hotel and how glad are we that we didn't. We booked Kelly's villa for 3 weeks (myself, my wife and two children aged 10 & 5) and even before we had confirmed the booking Kelly was very approachable, friendly and generally put our mind at rest. We had no problem finding the villa from the airport and our first impressions were fantastic. The villa was very comfortable and it didn't take long for it to feel like home. The free intnl calls and computer with wifi were a bonus and we used them several times. The kids loved the games room and swimming pool and we had everything we possibly could have needed, even a cool bag with freezer blocks! It was an absolute pleasure to come back to your own home from home after a long day at the parks and relax. I don't think I'll ever want to stay in a hotel in Florida now that I have rented a villa, and this one was spot on. The location of the villa was perfect, in our opinion. We were minutes from Highway 192 and loads of restaurants.The nearest large supermarket is a Super Target which is on 192 and is just over a 5 minute drive. There is a big Walmart on highway 27 which is approx 10-15 minute drive. Disney is around 10 minutes depending on traffic, Seaworld around 15-20 minutes and Universal approx 20-25. Everything was very accessible and easy to get to. Emerald Island is kept very clean and tidy. Grassed areas, flowers and shubbery are well maintained and the gated security meant that we always felt safe. The clubhouse has a gym and a small communal pool (neither of which we used) but we did go for a drink one Saturday night when the disco was on. All the staff were very friendly. Kelly, the owner, is very attentive and does all she can to ensure that your stay is memorable and hassle free. She even called us the day after a particularly bad storm to ensure we were all o.k. As it turned out the storm had just missed us. Thank you Kelly for letting us stay in your villa and for all your assistance before, during and after our vacation. We would have no hesitation in recommending both Kelly and her villa to any potential renters. The Dowling Family (Richard, Debby, Adam & Keira)

  We have just returned from our holiday at your lovely villa. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the setting was perfect. The gated security gave peace of mind and we found the resort extremely well maintained. Central Kissimmee is at the end of the road and the well-stocked Winn Dixie supermarket was just minutes away and very cheap. The villa itself was very clean and our teenagers loved the games room and free wifi! Having access to the internet was really useful for checking flight details, park opening times and attraction addresses to put into sat nav which opened up a lot of other attractions besides the usual Disney and Universal. Kelly was lovely to deal with and very helpful. We've told all of our friends that they need to come and stay here and not confine themselves to hotel rooms!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.
