  We could not have been happier with the location. You can sit on the terrace and see/hear the ocean. The complex was quiet and not many apartments were busy, even over the weekend, we had the beach almost to ourselves. It was great that we had a grill, and we had bbq on the terrace every night, listening to the waves. It is maybe 5 mins from the main road with grocery stores, restaurants, and access to the towns of Luquillo and Fajardo, as well as the entrance to El Yunque rainforest. You will need a car to get around but we were doing something different everyday (hiking in the rainforest, catamaran trip from Fajardo, bio bay kayak trip), great to have so many options. The apartment is basic but clean and all you need for a vacation when you spend most of the time outside anyways. It was great that there were things like spices, sugar, soap, etc. already there, so that you didnt have to buy everything. We stayed with 4 people there and it was plenty of space and nice to have 2 bathrooms. However, unless it is with kids, I would not recommend it for 6-7 people. Overall I will recommend this place to all my friends, looking for a beach vacation but also have the option to do things! Plus it was easy dealing with Ana and Carlos. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

  My family and I went on a week vacation and stayed at at Bosque del Mar. We choose this location because of the beach access and Rio Grande is a central location for the activities we wanted to do. The beach here is very beautiful and well maintained by the staff. The property was very clean and reflexs all photos on the VBRO website. Ana and Carlos were great! They were availble for questions at all times for us durning our stay and were very easy and promot to work with! The complex was not very full at the time of our stay, only a few other tenants which they were very friendly. This was a very relaxing vacation area and would highly recommed this to anyone going to Puerto Rico!

  Location is excellent, beach very nice. Everything is as advertised and clean. Owners were very helpful and available for questions. I chose this location since it had potential for good kiteboarding. Indeed it was very good. The first few days I had to walk 10-15 minutes west towards reef because of high surf, but the remainder of days was able to launch at condo beach. 10-14m kites, side-onshore most days. The beach is also good for swimming, boogie boarding. Owner makes boogie boards, beach chairs and more available. Tennis court is nice. Wyndam is about 25-30 minute walk on beach. Great location for excursions to east, Fajardo, Vieques/Culebra, Luquillo kiosks, El Yunque rain forest is right there. San Juan about 30 min drive. Condo is comfortable, family friendly. We have teenagers, but good for young children as well. Great restaurant on PR 3 right near turn off: Don Pepe. Master bed is quite firm.

  We have never rented a condo before so you can imagine the apprehension. Is it legitimate? Will we pay the deposit and not have a place to stay? I talked to Ana several times on the phone. She sounded very sincere and truthful. My sister and I had a ton of questions so we communicated with Ana via e-mail. She was very prompt and patient in her responses. All this to say, Ana demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with us. When we arrived at the condo, EVERYTHING was as described on the website. The place was clean which was a huge requirement that was met. When we had questions/issues about the condo, Ana addressed them immediately. Another requirement that we had was the place has to be close to the beach. It is less than a minute walk. The beach area is clean, with enough waves for our teenage kids. We enjoyed the calmness of the area. It was very close to a lot of attractions - El Yunque and Fajardo (with lots of good restaurants). San Juan is only a 30 minute drive. We had a wonderful vacation. We were able to combine sightseeing and beach time at such an affordable price. We had an awesome experience renting from Ana that I'm apprehensive whether the next place we rent will be as great. Thank you Ana and Carlos.

  I loved this condo! This is my favorite beach/area in Puerto Rico, so I wanted to stay in one of the condos. I chose this one since it fit comfortably our entire group. It was the best decision ever. The owner is always available to answer questions and provide assistance. The apartment is quite spacious and well decorated. It is just as described. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and was not disappointed. The entire apartment was super clean. It is located near the gate for the beach. You can also sit on the terrace and supervise children in the playground since it is right across. You also have a view of the pool from the terrace. I can't say enough good things about this rental. It was the first time I ever use VRBO as well as actually rent a place, and the experience was great. If you are looking for a palce to rent, choose this one. I guarantee you will fall in love with it and the area.

  This was the perfect location, close by to all the attractions and not to mention right on the beach!! Well worth the $$, everything as advertised. We were within close proximity to everything we wanted to do, we went snorkeling (Fajardo), horse back riding in the rain forest, hiking in the rain forest, bio-luminescent bay, Luquillo Beach and Kiosks, toured Old San Juan and the forts, and enjoyed the beach front daily!!! Ana was prompt in responding to everything - she went above and beyond to help out. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and would love to come back!! We went with one other couple and it could easily accommodate 8 if needed. Thanks again Ana!! Jon & Victoria

  We (myself, husband & 2 children 20 & 23) have just returned from our vacation. It was perfect. I checked out several places on VRBO & honestly the deciding factor was the call from Ana. She answered alot of my questions about the property & things to do while we were in Puerto Rico. This is the 1st time ever using VRBO & I was very pleased. While at the condo we only saw one other couple, so basically we had the whole place to ourselves - the beach, pool, tennis courts - everything. So if you want a nice quiet vacation this is the place for you! The 24 hour security was exactly that - 24 hour security - they walked the premises, checked the gates & the cars - I was very glad to see this, they were also available if you had any questions. The condo was great - clean, well furnished & conveniently located. We had everything we needed. My "kids" where thrilled with the tennis rackets & basketball that were provided. We would definately come here again. You really need a car to get around - Fajardo, where the ferry is located is about 15 - 20 minutes away. We did a snorkeling trip to Culebra with East Island Excursions & had a blast. You can also take a ferry to the island for less than $5 a person r/t, but since it rained off & on after our 3rd day, we opted not to do this, but would have liked to spend the day on Culebra. We also went to "Hacienda Carabalí " for a 2 hour horse ride. Our guide was William & he was really fun. The four of us were the only ones in the group so we got to "play" a little more. My husband slipped in the river & cut his leg, the radioed back to base & before we knew it someone was there to clean & bandage it, but thankfully that didn't slow us down, after the ride we had lunch at their restaurant. It was bit pricey but we the best food we had the whole time we were there. Also go the the rainforest - it is practically across the street, we drove up on our own instead of doing one of the guided tours - great to see God's handiwork! Oh yeah, there is a Walgreens, KFC & Wendys, McDonalds or Burger King on EVERY corner - you won't go hungry. Thanks again to Ana & Carlos for making this trip very easy, comfortable & affordable. Even tho we booked it at the last minute. They never made me feel like I was asking too many or stupid questions.

  This is a beautiful resort with amazing beaches. We stayed with our 4 teenage children. There were plenty of activities to keep them busy. We felt very safe. The beaches were beautiful and clean. Anna was very easy to work with.

  We arrived from the mid-atlantic region of the States for our weeklong visit to the island. Upon arrival, the shredding of layers as we transitioned from winter to summer temps was essential. When we arrived to our condo; it was such a serene setting. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the breeze in the palms each and every day was an absolute necessity, and we found it here! Being mid-winter season, there weren't many guests. That was perfectly okay for us as we were accompanied by iguana's that were about 3-4' long! I have many many pictures of the flora and fauna in the area. I had much fun sending pics from my phone to friends and family as they celebrated the holidays in the cold. ;). We were literally 15 minutes from El Yunque, and spent time there doing hikes and enjoying the waterfalls. We were also minutes from the river mouth into the ocean and enjoyed many walks on the beach picking up treasures to bring home. Highly recommended, and would return anytime!

  The apartment was incredible! Relaxing days and nights with 24 hour security. We could go to the pool or head to the beach. The kids had so much fun! The apartment complex was not full at all, only a few families as well. Everyone was so friendly. It felt like a little piece of heaven. On the beach, we walked to a nearby hotel and then past that to the mouth of a river! Also close to EL Yunque Rainforest and to a bioluminescent bay! All really beautiful. It is definitely a most go place! I would recommend it to anyone thats looking for a good deal in a vacation house!
