This Non-Smoking condo is located on Tybee's South End and its nearly 1600 sqft offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a large covered balcony for watching sunrises, dining, reading or just watching the beachcomers. You can take the front steps to the beach or simply take the elevator. Enjoy the oceanfront views and beach activity near the Tybee pier from the livingroom, dining area, kitchen or master bedroom.
The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, loveseat, chair, fireplace and TV with cable and a DVD player.
The spacious kitchen comes complete with all appliances including built-in microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher and all essentials.
Master bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean without getting out of bed.
2nd bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have a TV with cable.

My husband & I stayed in this condo for two weeks & didn't want to go back home. We loved everything about it - with the exception that we didn't own it. The pictures are exactly on point. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The location was the best - we could sit on the front porch in these wonderful rockers & look at the ocean for hours - even though it was a little cool. Had my coffee there every morning. The condo is within walking distances to Spankys & Fannies & other restaurants. Those were the two that we enjoyed the most. There is parking in the back for two cars. Tybee is a wonderful place to visit - we are originally from Savannah & enjoyed being back home. This condo was the best that we have stayed in at Tybee. We hope to stay in the future at this same location.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this condo in Oct. Upon arriving this condo had not been cleaned. The sheets were not on the beds, in dirty piles on the floor. The trash cans were full and foul smelling and fridge full of other peoples take out.Floors not swept, tubs and toilets not cleaned. We were staying during pirate fest weekend so we were paying the premium rate. Called the owner, he said he was coming to check it out but never did, so we ended up cleaning. He then said, after several calls from us, that he would be happy to refund the cleaning fee, we never heard from him again. I would not recommend this place at all.

I loved and really enjoyed this condo. I read review about not getting the deposit back and was worried but they dont charge a deposit except for a non refundable pet deposit. The condo was beautifully decorated and close to everything. The owners even let us use the bikes and chairs. I wish i could of parked in the garage but the outside parking was good enough. Thanks for everything. we will be back same time next year.

Location was great, right by pier and shops. Condo was average, in need of updates and cleaning. My biggest issue is that we paid a security deposit, after speaking to the owner and he assured us there was no reason why we would not receive our deposit back, after 3 months of calling and receiving the run around we still have not recieved our refund. Would not rent from this person again!!!
