This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of Tower 3, one of the most desired locations within Long Beach Resort because of the proximity to the lagoon pool and beach access. This condo has upscale furnishings and is in great condition! Enjoy the floor to ceiling window views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 foot balcony from both rooms to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another beautiful Florida sunset! We've just added new comfortable balcony furniture for you to enjoy when you're outside!
This 750 square foot condo will easily accommodate four, with a unique hand painted king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats four with two additional stools at the stunning granite breakfast bar. There is a 35" flat screen HDTV in the living room!! The entire condo is done in a beautiful travertine tile and the bathroom has a huge marble garden tub with a separate dressing area with a marble vanity with his/her sinks.
Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski and umbrella rentals on site, 24hr security with gated access and plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do such as golf, restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, and Wal Mart (across the street in case you forget anything!).

Wonderful condo, everything was great. The condo was clean and well-maintained. My husband loved the ice maker, he continued to praise it during our stay. The bathroom was roomy with a hugh tub, and we loved the pocket door that closes off the bathroom. We loved the keyless entry. This makes it so much easier by not having to keep up with a key. Kim was very nice and she had the paperwork waiting on us at the guard shack. I called her with a few questions and she was very helpful. The condo & view was fantastic. We stayed 5 days and liked the availability of the Wi-fi and the radio/speakers for the the balcony. Being on the 2nd floor made the trip downstairs to the beach quick. We haved stayed at Longbeach before and we like the gated security and the friendly security staff. The parking is huge, especially for boats/jetskis. There was some roof construction going on at our tower; however, the noise was minimal and precautions were in place to protect the guests. We were able to walk across the street to Walmart, Coyote Ugly, and the tourist shops. Pineapple Willy's was just a 3 minute walk down the beach. We will definitely travel back down for a repeat visit. Thanks Kim!

My son and his friends had a wonderful spring break stay! Kim was incredibly accommodating, professional, dependable, and a pleasure to deal with. From initial contact to check out, things went as smooth as could be. The condo was beautiful, well-maintained, and the location couldn't be better! We will definitely be contacting Kim for all our future vacation needs in Panama City!
