The sunsets are beautiful overlooking 2 five-star deep-water marinas. Condo is on the marina two 12'sliders and balconies view of waterfront! Walk 100ft to private beach swim, snorkel & kayaking. Beach front restaurant 50 meter infinity pool and spa, gym room on the beach open to condo renters.
On the Marina dine at several excellent restaurants with live musicians. Baja Fun Trips: Dive/Fish/Boat tours/whale watching. Mooring Yacht charters, all on the marina. Environmental Sea of Cortez learning center. Open theater some nites with movies.
Forgot the coffee? No problem, resort has Convenience food store and many other specialty shops. Laundry service available. Resort has 24 hour security.
We have a native born La Pazian property manger (English speaking) that will be there to assist. From scheduling maid service and all other needs.
Hertiage Inn Hotel "5-star" in the resort. New Gary Player Golf course 18-hole and the views of the Sea of Cortez are beautiful! Free shuttles to La Paz: five minutes travel down along the Malcone front- 5mile boardwalk along the beach.

Why the Owner Chose La Paz
We love to scuba dive and while in La Paz we found the Coata Baja Marina. We had such an incredible time. The town of La Paz was so friendy, not like Cabo or orther Mexico cities. Each night we would walk along the Melcon and watch the sun go down then across the street to local resturants. On Suday we enjoyed the fellowship of an english speaking church there is La Paz and met many "gingos" that are retired there. We have made friends and hope to retire there someday ourselves.

The unit was clean and had a relatively good view of the marina. If you are looking for a sunrise or sunset off the deck this unit is largely in the shade. It would be a good unit in a hotter La Paz month. The beach club is very very nice. We relaxed there two or three times often having the entire pool and club to ourselves. The staff was very welcoming or hospitable. The Beach Club Restaurant had great breakfasts and lunches. The pool view and setting was first class. The drawback of this unit is its location. It's immediately above a restaurant. We had trouble getting to sleep three times because people were laughing and partying below, outside our bedroom window to midnight. On the otherhand, the restaurant below has very good food. I wouldn't recommend the Sushi restaurant. Not a good bang for your buck.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

My husband and I had an amazing week at this condo! It has breathtaking views of the beautiful marina. The marina has five-star resort food, a convenient store for anything you forgot to pack and a private beach club to enhance your ultimate getaway! The private beach club has an infinity pool that your eyes could get lost in, and the hot tub is awesome for a relaxing afternoon. Besides the amazing surrounding areas, the condo itself is beautiful. It feels so light and fresh! If you are looking for a honeymoon getaway like my husband and I, or just a family vacation, this is the place you want to be!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed here last summer for several nights, and was amazed by the spaciousness, views and cleanliness of the unit. Do yourself a favor, and try this condo out- can't recommend it enough, and I hope to return soon.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights at this condo and had a wonderful time. The spacious living quarters and balcony were great for relaxing, and the grounds of the Costa Baja complex are beautiful, especially the pool area! The condo is also a great location, only a 5 minute drive from downtown but away from the loud noises of the malecon. La Paz itself is a great town with excellent (and affordable!) restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this rental.

WE have stayed many times in Loretta's unit in Costa Baja. It is a great unit in a great location. Loretta has been wonderful to rent from and the unit is always clean and ready.

My wife and I loved this vacation! We were here for 2 weeks and plan to come back. The Condo was spacious & airy, had a great deck and was very well equipped. The resort amenites are world class! We have stayed in a lot of nice places around the world and rate this in the top 3 along w/ the Big Island and New Zealand. There is a shuttle that takes you into La Paz, which is a wonderful Mexcian City with great dining. It was all good!

Spent over a month had a very enjoyable stay. The complex is very secure,well maintained,and the staff is helpful. The unit is very open and airy. The daily shuttel is very nice and dependable.You can also walk to town in about an hour. Moorings charter center located in Marina and Baja Fun Adventures run trips out to Islands. They have a wonderful staff and do a great job.The pool and exercise room are great. Great places to eat and there is a weekly outdoor movie. You could not find a better place to explore Baja and even main land Mexico via ferry service. On ocasions there is night life. Great value and would come again.

What a beautiful codo, and an elegant experience. We would gladly come back here. The restaurants are fantastic, and the shuttle runs all day to take you in and out of town. The beach club is gorgeous!

Very nice condo with a great view. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Our two kids used the futons in the sitting room and found them comfortable. We look forward to renting this condo again as it was a pleasant experience
