The condo was roomy, clean, and peaceful. The landscaping was well-maintained. The outdoor pool had music in the background which was fun. The playground and baby pool were great for toddlers. The pictures are dead on. The beach is a 2 minute walk using a private access, a plus!!!! The beach area in front of the condo was not as crowded as other areas, a major plus!!!! The only downfall was the amenities shown on the website (and since taken down) showed a mini-movie theater and kids game room on-site. When we arrived the staff informed us that they were off limits since we were just renters. Also, some staff allowed us to park in the unit's parking spot, others told us to move because we were not owners. On another note, the parking spaces was ample. I've stayed in a condo that had one parking spot per condo where others had to park on the street. So the private parking lot is great if you have more than one vehicle. I don't think I would stay here again because there are not enough amenities for children/teenagers. I rented this one because I thought all amenities were available to us. I've stayed in others condos on SPI that are much more family oriented. I will say this condo did have a few sand toys and inflatables for kids inside the condo. This condo would be a great for adults only vacation. Most of the staff are friendly, but some make you feel like your intruding because your a renter and not an owner. This is the first condo I've stayed at that differentiated a renter and an owner. I didn't like it and will plan my future stays at a condo that does not do this.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

I have not been down to SPI in two years and I wanted to find a new condo and pick this unit. We wanted at least a two bedroom condo with a great view. Once we enter the unit we knew that this was a great pick..All the bedrooms were big and had full restrooms for each of our family. This was great if the girls take a long time we did not have to wait. We had a great time at the beach and only two minutes from our condo and the pools were clean and beautiful and play area are was great for our grandson. If this condo does not make you feel spoil and I don't know what well.. Great building great security and great grounds Wow!!!!!!!! This will be our first choice next visit, and would recommend to family and friends.The photos were very accurate of property and first choice for restaurants is Sea Ranch Great Sea food !!!!.... The leasing Agent met us at the property and give us a tour of condo to let us know the lay out..Labor Day Weekend September 1 2011 Loved it;;;;;;Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wonderfully decorated, extremely comfortable, beautiful panoramic view of the gulf of mexico, all of the comforts of home and friendly staff. We were questioned a number of times about how many people there were in our party (the limit is 8 which is what we had). Besides feeling a little mistrusted we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will come back again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
